When we feel tired, there are times when we really don't want to do anything. This can happen because of stress after doing work that absorbs energy or even because of mental stress.

Fatigue is understandable whether it's because of our constant activities, or even moving too fast. However, that doesn't mean we can't really do anything. Even when you're lying down, there are things you can do.

Try sorting your emotions

When you try to understand emotions, you can gain insight into why you don't want to do anything. This can help when your laziness persists for a few days. Try asking yourself when you're feeling anxious, angry, sad, helpless, or feeling detached from yourself.

The emotions above can occupy your mind so that you find it difficult to think about other things. You can do this activity by writing a journal. Write down whatever comes to your mind, even if the results don't make sense. By knowing the reason for these emotions, you might find a solution.

Call your friends

When you don't want to do anything, try telling your friends about this. Maybe they can help you? Even so, keep in mind that each individual has their own way of providing assistance, so contact your friend who feels suitable to this problem.

For example, when you need advice or advice, contact your friends who can give you good advice. So what if you want to vent your feelings? Call your friends who have high empathy.

Go out

You can go out, even if it's only for 10 minutes to get your mood back. By going outside, you can enjoy a different view than usual, thus giving you a new sensation and no longer feeling bored.

Try to breathe outside while observing the existing activities and their natural beauty, could this activity be effective in restoring your energy?

Listen to music

Music can help fill the silence and give you something to think about. Your favorite music can soothe or energize you depending on the type of music you like to hear. Music may give your brain benefits, such as improving attention and memory. Then it is known from several studies as well, music can help a person reduce pain and symptoms of depression.

Resigned

Sometimes when you don't want to do anything, it's a sign that your body and mind need rest. If you previously forced yourself to do something, it's better that you don't ignore that desire than later on you feel burnout. Try relaxation, rest; admit your hard work. You can take a nap, open social media, or play with pets.
