Phishing emails are designed to look like they come from a legitimate source such as a bank, government agency, or a well-known company. They may ask you to click on a link, download an attachment, or enter your login credentials. Once you do so, the cybercriminal gains access to your personal or financial information.
Fake websites are also a common way to scam people online. These sites may look like the real thing, but they are designed to steal your information or infect your device with malware. It is important to verify the website's authenticity before entering any personal information.
Social engineering is another tactic that cybercriminals use to trick people into revealing their personal or financial information. This can involve building a relationship with the victim over time, gaining their trust, and then asking for sensitive information.
Here are some points to avoid falling victim to online fraud and scams, it is important to be cautious and vigilant. Here are some tips to help you stay safe online:
Use strong passwords and two-factor authentication. This will make it difficult for cybercriminals to access your accounts even if they have your login credentials.
Avoid clicking on links or downloading attachments from unknown sources. If you receive an email or message from an unknown sender, delete it immediately.
Check the website's authenticity before entering any personal information. Look for the padlock icon in the address bar, which indicates that the site is secure.
Be wary of unsolicited emails or phone calls asking for personal or financial information. Legitimate companies will never ask for this information via email or phone.
Use antivirus software and keep it up to date. This will help protect your device from malware and other malicious software.
Be cautious of offers that seem too good to be true. If something seems too good to be true, it probably is.
Trust your instincts. If something feels suspicious or off, it is better to err on the side of caution and not engage with it.

Hello there! Just a short story from me why I wrote about this...
Wondering why am I wondering...
I had two comments from my last post, but the moment that I checked 'em, there is only one comment appeared.
I wonder why? so I traced it in another way, I hit the notification button and they're actually two. I clicked that particular comment, and it's not there down at the comment section.
I'm still baffled not until I saw someone's short post regarding the same account.
It was in @Micontingsabit post. Saying that this @vetede1296 account is a spammer. Well now, I just figured it out why his comment is missing.
Anyway, I can tell that he's [if he is really a "He"] a real scammer although I didn't open his comment there are still a short content of his nonsense words. It's something he's offering sidelines or what together with a link. Maybe it's phishing. I'm not sure. But it's always better to BE SAFE, THAN SORRY.
Keep safe, People!
Oh no another one on your comment section.
