Let's take responsibility...
Self discipline (lower your gaze), home training, Spread morals and societal norms n values among your peers, neighbors etc...
Correct your children, friends even a stranger when they stray or moving astray... If you tried and no result, then don't hesitate to report to the appropriate authority...
