Government of Pakistan again has decided to close all the educational institutions from 25th of november, making it second time in the year.
First the schools and colleges were closed in the end month of February 2020, and the educational activities after that were carried through online classes.
There was a decrease in the cases and the curve was relatively flat due the timely taken efforts of government and imposing smart lockdown on different areas where there were positive cases of Covid-19.
And schools and colleges were again opened in September but with the sudden spike in the Covid-19 cases the government of Pakistan and the education ministry is forced to take the decision of closing all education institutions and they will remain closed till 10th of January 2021.
"All minister have mutually decided to keep all educational institutions, including schools, colleges and universities closed."
Minister of education Shafqat Mehmood Said On Monday Nov 23.
In my point of view this is a really good decision taken by the government as many cases were found from colleges schools and universities.
