NATIONAL MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY

National Museum of Natural History is one of the most visited instructive vacationer locations in Metro Manila. It is designed in neoclassical style by Filipino Architect Antonio Toledo in late 1930. Its engineering plan exhibits the traditional artifact of the structure just as its displays inside. It has the idea of introducing its assortments from the mountain to the ocean, which is shown through intelligent presentations, video guides, charts, and outlines incorporated to zoological, natural, and land examples in plain view at the 12 galleries and its corridors; associations generally addressed by the metal-outlined glass vault known as the "Tree of Life" one of the features in the exhibition halls engineering.

This museum had successfully seared its unique brand image into our cultural consciousness. It showcases the Philippine biodiversity, geology, as well as features the different types of natural resources that we utilize in the Philippines. It builds awareness of the origin of these resources, how they are obtained and how they contribute to our everyday well-being. It feels like having an adventure to Philippine grounds and diving into the Philippine marine realm then at the same time able to learn about history as well as the phenomena that happened in the country like a volcanic eruption. Here we learn what kind of country the Philippines is regarding environmental status as well as it enables the visitors to appreciate the value of our history as well as the present, especially regarding environmental factors.

The national museum of natural history invokes patriotism and us being a naturalist. It is a good tourist spot for both national and international people as it makes the people seek to bestow on nature the highest good. The building having such a design showed the aftermath of colonialism and how we made use of it to our advantage. This museum makes us know the past of the country, accustom us to its present time, and prepare us for the future. Just like its tree of life that is situated at the center of the museum, a structure that proudly connects all the unique ecosystems in the Philippines, we people from our magnificent mountain ridges to the outstanding marine reefs are connected and have each other’s responsibilities and benefits.
