On the other hand, you give your computer to your brother who uses noise cash and read cash. And he wants to login to both of his accounts on the computer. But before he did this. He has set up the PC with the new windows 10 home. So my question is now. Will both of them face account problems due to IP addresses? Because you have used that computer before and now the computer is being used by others. Someone said IP addresses never changed.

but they both are using now different network and different device too. Also both of them writing quality is different. VPN can not be the right solutionn i think.

let me be clear the internet connection has Ip the device has MAC address. You guys need to use different internet connection, device wont do anything
