We as a Human always feel the one of the most difficult feeling and this feeling always lead us to depression sometimes this feeling is a cause and effect of depression and depression can also a cause and effect of this feeling.
It is obvious in the title if what feeling i am referred to and that is the Stress.

According to the article that I read about stress,
Stress- is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous.
And there are also two types of stress:
Acute Stress- This is
short-term stress that goes away quickly.

It helps you manage dangerous situations. It also occurs
when you do something new or exciting.
All people have acute stress at one time or another.
Chronic stress- This is stress that lasts for a longer period of time. You may have chronic stress if you have

Unhappy marriage
Trouble at work
Any type of stress that goes on for weeks or months is chronic stress. You can become so used to chronic stress that
you don't realize it is a problem
. If you don't find ways to manage stress,it may lead to health problems.
Why do we always Feel Stress?
We always feel stress when we always think or do something
that can make us feel it. Not just doing but we can also feel stress that is because of the other people who make us feel it.
For example in Doing:
Students now at this kind of situation, online class make them struggle. Because they have a lot of things to finish like activities, assignments, take down notes, that can cause them to feel stress because they didn't know if which one should we finish first.
For example in Cause and effect because of the other People:
Students can also feel the stressful feeling because of their teachers in online class. Their are a lot of pressure to feel and they are stress because they always giving some activities, assignments, projects, etc. That can be related to studying and another reason is their parents. We have two different kind of situation about parents:
Situation no.1: Childrens who are a kind hearted and always think about their parents, didn't want to tell the problems and things that they face in online class. Becsuse they didn't like their parents to struggle so they are facing the many problems and it is the result why they feel the stress.
Situation no.2: Other Parents didn't know how their children/s struggling in a difficulties of life.
They can always do and saying bad words to them and they didn't consider what their child/s feels. That's why childrens always feel the stressful feeling because they have a lot of pressure and they feel bad.
Of course, there are a lot of situations too but that are just some examples that we experience in how we are stress.
The Stress in your Body
According to the article that I read, Your body reacts to stress by releasing hormones. These hormones make your brain more alert, cause your muscles to tense, and increase your pulse. In the short term, these reactions are good because they can help you handle the situation causing stress. This is your body's way of protecting itself.
When we Feel Chronic Stress, is it bad?
When you have chronic stress, your body stays alert, even though there is no danger. Over time, this puts you at risk for health problems, including:
High Blood Pressure
Heart Disease
Diabetes
Obesity
Depression or anxiety
Skin problems, such as acne or eczema
Menstrual problems
And If you already have a health condition, chronic stress can make it worse.
