Is water important to you?

Yes, absolutely. Water is very important to all of us. We need 60% water in our body. For safe drinking water, laundry, cooking, cleaning and etc...

After the strong typhoon Ulysses (Vamco) lot of families lost eveything, because of that big floods that up to their ceiling or even up to their rooftop of some houses. Many Filipino families lost their houses as well as their belongings. Families affected mostly for those residing in coastal areas. Infrastructure, agriculture damages expected to be more millions of it .

There were a huge flood, that leads to destruction of all. And it brings damages for those areas affected of that typhoon. Due to the unexpected water exceeding in the dams some dams released some it , and it added to the flood and it leads for more destruction and more affected areas happened. In my area, thanks God were far from that coastal place and only strong wind we encountered. I feel sorry to those affected families. Only pray I can offer to them, for their immediate recovery and for some helps from those who can afford to.

After that typhoon, sad to say we encounter, side effect on that typhoon. It brought us little worried for that water interruption. People got panic, for few days we got a little amount of water.And after, we experienced more than a day, no water at all. I am one of them. No water for cooking, for dish washing , for toilet use as well for taking a bath and also for laundry use too. It's my first time being like that, in our area no more water refilling station for our drinking water.

And one of our neighbor, got an idea he had connection people and he had some and had large pocket, so he order and ask helped for us to have water. So firetruck came. And ohhh, thanks we had some water for us to use. Then after that night,the following day there were another water supply from our government officials(barangay). So again we need to bring down our container to the side of the street for us to have some water again.

People got panic , so do I. We're there almost 1 to 2 hours to wait for the firetruck. No more social distancing happened. If our containers full, then ww need to transfer it again to the empty galloon or any container to have more stock of water. Rushing here and there all of us, children and grandma were there helping in order to have plenty of water.

It's really important, the water,doing chores mostly and eventually we all need water in our daily lives. So we need to save and not wasted it . Perhaps you don't know when you encountered like that when you always have plenty or abundant of it.
