My sister moved into her own flat as soon as she got her job. Even though she has to pay for rent, food, etc she would be able to save and invest as much as I do. 😲 I would guess her monthly expenses to ~700-800$ which is pretty cheap! But what's her trick? She got her next boyfriend and moved together with him. 😅 They are splitting all costs 50/50. Instead of ~800$ for rent each is paying ~400$, instead of 50$ for internet each is paying 25$, and so on... Even electricity and heating is cheaper for each of them since the freezer, lights, heaters etc are running anyway. There are even tax advantages... Together you are stronger and mountains turn into little rocks.

Wow that's really cool, your sister must be doing great choices in life. That is also very common here in Philippines.
She is working really hard. More than 40 hours a week and sometimes even on the weekends.
Oh that's quite not easy. Is your sister also a programmer?
She is working in the "therapoltic" industry. And on the weekends she sometimes works as a waiter. It's a tough job...
What she doesn't tell you are the challenges of life as a couple that she has to face, which represents another level of difficulty. And in your case, I think it's something you're not prepared to face. I have lived it, I made the decision to live alone, I have to assume all the expenses 100%, but I live much happier and calmer that way, without having to explain anything or subject myself to being judged by another person...
Yes. You have to be considerate of someone and have to make compromises when not living alone.
