CHILDREN reflect the state of society. In their ocular perceivers we can visually perceive our hopes and dreams for a better tomorrow. There is withal a verbalization "There is a child in each one of us," which should not be disoriented while we are alive.

In order for us to plenarily realize the paramountcy of children, we require to explore their good qualities that adults should keep in mind and practice. This will edify us to fill our impotency with the trait we should emulate from children.

First, children can facilely apologize and forgive. It is natural to them and emanates from their humility. We will visually perceive children fighting earlier but getting along just a few minutes later. They do not harbor resentment for long, instead they forget it in order to perpetuate their fellowship.

Second, children always have hope that emanates from the depths of their heart to depend on the people they dote in life and on God. The apperception that they require to seek avail and guidance from others is an acknowledgment that they have an impotency that can only be met by love and faith. They rely on the love of their parents and the Lord God because they ken it will never leave them if they face a tribulation because there are people and God who will avail them to solve their quandary.

Third, children are veracious and veracious, they are not dissimulated or ascendant. They tell the truth and ask if they do not ken it. So children’s verbalizations are accepted without mixed doubt because they are not habituated to being mendacious.

Conclusively, children are pristine in heart and mind, not cerebrating or doing evil to their neighbor. They are jubilant with their teammates predicated on brotherhood and companionship. Their desire is pristine and cannot be defiled by the desire for puissance, fame, wealth and flesh.

These qualities are the reasons why it is paramount to bulwark the rights of every child. Some of these rights are to a) be born and have a denomination and nationality, b) have an abode and family to take care of them, c) live in a halcyon and quiet place, d) have enough victuals, be salubrious and active body, e) be given adequate inculcation, f) develop their skills, g) be given the opportunity to play and have regalement, g) be given the opportunity against abuse, peril and violence, h) be bulwarked and availed by the regime and , i) be able to express one's own perspective.

These rights must be bulwarked by every convivial institution such as regime, family, church, school, media, as well as the police and military. These rights will accommodate as an auspice for children so that they do not fall victim to violence, sexual or physical abuse, and blasphemy of life and dignity. Bulwark the right of every Filipino child to a placid and just society.
