Para Kyrsiel las cosas son simples. No se detiene a pensar en opciones. La primera solución que llega a su cabeza, la pone en práctica sin pensar en las consecuencias.
Gersiel es más estratega. Sabe que aunque una opción pueda parecer la ideal, es necesario pensar en cómo afectaría a todo al momento de ejecutarla.
La toma de decisiones es un proceso que requiere atención a los detalles. De ser posible, es mejor tomar algo de tiempo. Sin embargo, hay momentos en los que no podemos tener tanto tiempo como quisiéramos, por lo que se hace necesario evaluar varios escenarios de manera rápida antes de tomar una decisión definitiva.
Tomar una respiración profunda para aquietar la mente, ayuda a tomar decisiones desde la razón y no desde las emociones. Con práctica, se puede lograr.
