Kyrsiel no parece haber empezado con buen pie la misión. Si él no causó buena impresión a su protegida, Midori tampoco parece haberle enseñado su mejor lado.
Esta fue una página que disfruté mucho dibujar. Exagerar expresiones es siempre divertido. Es interesante jugar con la exageración y ver hasta qué punto se puede llevar sin que el personaje pierda su personalidad.
Kyrsiel es más fácil de trabajar que Gersiel. Conseguir la expresión que encaje con su personalidad es siempre un reto. Muchas veces, hago muchos bocetos de ellos con todo tipo de expresión que se me ocurre al momento y empiezo a analizar cuáles funcionan para uno o el otro. También el lenguaje corporal es importante, y aunque el manga trabaja con imágenes estáticas, hay que saber seleccionar la que ayude al lector a entender su personalidad sólo con verla.
¡Pobre Gersiel! Le toca limpiar los vidrios rotos después de la grandiosa presentación de su alumno xD

Kyrsiel doesn't seem to have gotten off to a good start with the mission. If he didn't make a good impression on his protected, Midori doesn't seem to have shown the best side of her either.
This was a page that I really enjoyed drawing. Exaggerating expressions is always fun. It's interesting to play with the exaggeration and see how far it can go without the character losing its personality.
Kyrsiel is easier to work with than Gersiel. Getting the expression that fits his personality is always a challenge. A lot of times, I'll make a lot of sketches of them with every kind of expression I can think for them at the moment and I start to analyze which ones work for one or the other. Body language is also important, and although the manga works with static images, you have to know how to select the one that helps the reader understand his personality just by looking at it.
Poor Gersiel! It's your turn to clean up the broken glass after your student's great presentation xD
