¡Apenas llegan a La Tierra y el pobre Gersiel ya está sufriendo!
¡Es que Kyrsiel no puede evitar distraerse con cualquier cosa que le llame la atención, mientras que Gersiel no puede apartar el pensamiento de lo que deben cumplir en su misión!
A los que juegan videojuegos ¿no les ha pasado que cuando inician la misión, se distraen en las misiones secundarias y luego ya no recuerdan en qué paso estaban en la principal?
Así mismo pasa en la vida real. Cuando se trabaja en un proyecto, habrá muchas cosas que nos llamarán la atención y desviarán nuestra concentración a atenderlas dejando de lado los objetivos principales, bien sea porque esas otras actividades se ven más divertidas, ofrecen gratificación instantánea o son la excusa perfecta para cubrir la procrastinación.
Establecer objetivos principales, hacer un plan de trabajo que incluya un cronograma con fechas topes de cumplimiento pueden ser la gran diferencia entre concretar un sueño o seguir viendo cómo durante el paso del tiempo, se sigue alejando de nosotros hasta hacernos rendir. Es conveniente establecer estos objetivos principales bajo la metodología SMART, siglas de sus condiciones en inglés: Specific (Específico), Measurable (mesurable, cuantificable), Achievable (Alcanzable), Realistic (realistas) y Timely (a tiempo).
Tal vez Gersiel no sepa mucho de administración o gerencia pero sí está claro en que deben apegarse ambos al objetivo principal si quieren que esta misión funcione.

It is just that Kyrsiel cannot help but be distracted by anything that catches his eye, while Gersiel cannot stop thinking about what they must accomplish in their mission!
Has it not happened to those who play video games that when they start the mission, they get distracted in the secondary missions and then they no longer remember what step they were in in the main one?
The same thing happens in real life. When we are working on a project, there will be many things that will catch our attention and divert our concentration to attend to them, leaving aside the main objectives, either because those other activities look more fun, offer instant gratification or they are the perfect excuse to cover the procrastination of the tasks.
Establishing main objectives, making a work plan that includes a schedule with deadlines for compliance can be the big difference between realizing a dream or continuing to see how, over time, it continues to move away from us until we give up. It is convenient to establish these main objectives under the SMART methodology, acronyms of its conditions in English: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely.
Gersiel may not know much about administration or management, but he is clear that both must stick to the main objective if they want this mission to work.
