How to Feel better every day?
Wake up early.
Drink a lot of water, practice any type of sports at least half an hour a day, in my case I practice runners.
Drink a lot of water, at least 2 liters a day at least.
Eat healthy, eat a lot of green vegetables, avoid fried foods, eat a lot of fruit.
Eliminate carbonated drinks, very fatty foods, sugar and very salty foods.
Keep healthy friendships that have the same healthy interests as you.
Don't drink alcohol, or at least do it moderately.
Help the others.
Love chocolate.
Go for a family walk, your family is everything and it will make you feel better.
Walk your best 4-legged friend.
Sunbathe at 8 in the morning every day, this will make you stronger.
Laugh more.
Read a good book.
If you have the possibility to travel, do it, know the world.
Believe in God, there is no doubt that he exists.
