There are person who was born with innate skills, talents and abilities but it can also be learned by others through hard work, dedication and perseverance. Being a leader can be learned because everything in this world can be acquired. If anyone is willing to do this/that kind of thing then he/she can do and make it by doing the steps on learning it.
