There are some things which we should add more in our daily life to make it better.

Spend time with nature.

Spending some time with nature daily boost up our mood and immune system and also reduce anxiety and stress.

Exercise daily.

Walk or exercise daily because it's maintain our health and fitness. It also make us active and make our mood better.

Spend more time with family.

At certain point you'll realise that family is the most important and you should collect good memories with them.

Compliment people.

Complimenting people is the most beautiful thing you can ever do because your appreciation can make someone's day, encourage them to do better or make people believe in their own abilities.

Make bucket list.

Make your bucket list and set goals and desires then work hard till your bucket list become your reality.

Read book.

Read book for some time daily because it gives you knowledge, its upgrade your mind and its enhance curiosity in person.

Plan your day.

First thing you should do in morning is day planning and you should spend your day according to it in order to achieve certain goals.

Explore things.

Explore things or places whenever you get a chance because it makes you happy and its increase curiosity and creativity in person.

Become your own friend.

The best thing you can do for your inner peace is becoming your own friend. Treat yourself the way you want your friend treat you.
