Milk tea (chai) is one of the famous beverages specially in Pakistan. Mostly people consume milk tea no matter what the weather is or what the situation is and especially in winter people increase the intake of milk tea. But did you know consuming too much tea can harm you badly.
Side effects of having too much milk tea (chai).
Sleep disturbance.
To much intake of milk tea disturb the sleep pattern which lead the person to suffer from lack of sleep.
Heartburn.
Too much intake of milk tea cause acid formation in stomach which lead to heartburn or discomfort.
Constipation.
Too much intake of milk tea absorb calcium and other nutrients from our body which affect on our digestive system and it lead to constipation.
Nausea.
Too much intake of milk tea make you feel nauseated which lead to stomach ache, headache and other health issues.
Low nutrients absorption.
