Hamilton Howard Albert also known as fish and werewolf was as an american serial killer. He had nickname "moon". He was born in Washington DC in 1870.
He was married to Estella Wilcox and had children with her. He was female prostitute by profession. He had two brothers and one sister.
He was a psycho type person so he used to kill people mostly kids and eat them because he found them delicious. Police suspected him for 5 cases and he accepted that he raped and killed them.
He was in jail but he never wanted to be there so he killed himself too. He inserted needles in his body at least 30 was found on one part. He tried to eat himself too and burned himself with hot irons.
He died in January 1936 and buried in sing sing prison cemetery.
