Hello everyone I'm Rayhan Bijoy, I'm 20 years old my body weight is 97KG so I tried some diet plans , GYM but it isn't working ! So i tried some workout without any instruments.
It's call PLANK
So I lose my weight almost 11KG within 10 days by doing plank so if you do this it's very helpful it reduces almost 400 calorie within 3 minutes
If you want to learn how to do this amazing exercise without any instrument so follow these instructions -
Do this exercise 2 times in a day like you can do it in morning when you will wake up and you can do it at night before your sleep
So basically you have to do one thing select the solid place to do this exercise You have to bend your elbows and keep them on the ground with both legs stretched Following this rule, you have to do 3 steps, first 15 seconds, then 10 seconds and then 15 seconds of exercise in 10 seconds break . So you have to continue 3 minutes like this.
NOTE : You can't drink water while you are doing this exercise
