PINGUINITO CAKE
INGREDIENTS;
* 355 Grs of self-rising flour
* 435 Grs of sugar
* 110 grams of cocoa
* 2 cups of milk
* 1 cup oil
* 2 teaspoons of baking powder
*2 and ½ teaspoons of baking soda
*1 teaspoon salt
* 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
*teaspoons vinegar
*3 eggs
PREPARATION
Sift the flour 3 times, to eliminate lumps, Add sifted cocoa to the flour, add the salt to the preparation, add the baking powder and the bicarbonate. Re-sift the dry ingredients three more times. Form a volcano with the dry ingredients and pour the oil into it; Mix all the ingredients until they are completely integrated. Mix the milk with the vinegar and the vanilla essence, add these liquid ingredients to the dry ones, mix until they are combined, add the eggs and mix. Add sugar and mix. Grease and flour a mold. Pour the mixture into the mold and take to the oven preheated to 350 degrees F. It will be ready when you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
TO DECORATE
We wait for the cake to cool, divide it in two, fill it with whipped cream and cover it with a mixture of chocolate, condensed milk and arequipe. We make this mixture by placing half a chocolate bar, half a can of condensed milk and 3 tablespoons of arequipe in a bowl and in a water bath, stir until everything comes together, remove from heat, wait for it to cool down a bit and bathe the cake , placing it on a rack to collect the surplus.
