Ingredients for 36cm diameter form (20 people):
4 cups of sifted wheat flour
8 eggs
2 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup milk
400g unsalted butter
2 tablespoons of baking powder Royal
Jam: 400g strawberries with 1 cup of sugar
Filling: 1kg chopped strawberries
75g sighs
1 liter fresh cream
1 cup sugar

10 tablespoons of guarana, Finishing:
400g sliced strawberries

Procedures to prepare it:
Jelly: put the strawberry with sugar in the pan and cook for about 45 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Reserve in the refrigerator. Cake: beat the egg yolks with sugar until it is whitish and fluffy. Add and intercalate the wheat flour and milk with a mixer. Remove from an electric mixer and add the yeast and egg whites, stirring gently. Place in a greased and floured pan to bake in a preheated oven at 180C until the toothpick comes out clean (approx 45 minutes). Allow to cool.
Beat the whipped cream with the cream, sugar and cream cheese in the mixer. Beat until firm. Cut the cake into 3 equal parts. Place the 1st. Part on the serving plate, wet with a little guarana (approx. 5 tablespoons), spread half the jam, put half the chopped strawberries on top, knead with your hands and sprinkle with sigh, put 4 spoonfuls of whipped cream and spread with the spatula. Place another part of the cake on top and do it all over again. Place the last part of the cake and cover with the whipped cream on top and sides, decorating with strawberry flowers. Keep in the refrigerator and serve chilled. The cake has a different unique taste different from other cakes and its not that hard to make if you follow all the process i believe that the cake will be wonderful in looks as well as in taste too.

Ingredients for 5 individual souffles or 1 large:
150g dark chocolate
15g chocolate 70%
20g unsalted butter
2 egg yolks, 3 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 tablespoon of chocolate liqueur (optional)
Claras 5 whites
melted butter and sugar to grease and sprinkle the pans
icing sugar to sprinkle ready souffle
English cream:
250ml milk A
250ml sour cream
1/2 vanilla comb
4 gems
120g sugar
Procedures to prepare it:
English cream: Place the milk, cream and vanilla comb in a pan and bring to a boil. As soon as it boils, turn off the heat, cover and let it rest for 15 min. After this time, beat the egg yolks with sugar until it is very whitish and fluffy, put the milk mixture in the egg yolk mixture, stirring with fouet. Return all the mixture to the pan and bring to the fire until almost boiling, stirring constantly with fouet. (Do not boil). Strain the mixture and cover with plastic film, leaning the plastic against the surface of the cream so as not to form a crust. Allow to cool and refrigerate. Souffle: grease with melted butter and sprinkle the molds with sugar and set aside. Add the liquor and mix. Allow to cool. Beat the egg yolks with sugar until very white and mix with the chocolate (at room temperature). Beat the egg whites, mix gently in the chocolate mixture, fill the molds and bring to a preheated oven 180C degrees for approx 20 min. Do not open the oven door while the souffle is baking. Serve with chilled English cream.
