In a small saucepan boil coconut milk with saffron. As soon as it boils, turn off the heat, cover and set aside to cool. In a large bowl mix the other ingredients of the sauce with a fouet. Strain the cold coconut milk and add it to the sauce. Reserve the sauce. Place the shrimp to cook in a pan with boiling water and salt for 4 minutes. Drain well and put directly into the sauce. Mix gently. Set the salt. Allow to cool and place in the refrigerator. 1kg filet mignon cut into small cubes , 400g fresh Paris mushrooms washed and cut into four
1 grated onion
2 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of cognac
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 tablespoons of ketchup, 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
1/2 cup water
1 cup fresh cream
salt and pepper to taste
Procedures to prepare it:
Place the meat on a baking sheet. Put salt and pepper to taste. Place the 3 tablespoons of wheat flour on top of the meat and stir well with your hands to spread the flour throughout the meat. Place 3 tablespoons of oil in a very hot pan and fry the meat little by little, stirring constantly for 2 minutes and removing and reserving on a baking sheet next to it. If necessary, add more oil as you fry.
When you have finished frying the meat, put the grated onion in the same pan and stir well.
