Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease the pan with oil and line the bottom and sides with parchment paper. Reserve. Place the baking soda in the wheat flour and mix.Place the powdered chocolate in the warm water and stir well to dissolve the chocolate.
Place the 4 egg yolks in the mixer cup. Turn on the mixer, beat for 1 min and start adding the sugar little by little. Stop the mixer and pull the sides towards the middle. Keep beating. Put the oil on wire until it is completely incorporated.Decrease the speed of the mixer, add the flour alternating with the chocolate water 3 times until finished.
Remove the bowl from the mixer.Beat the 4 egg whites with soft peaks.Place the baking powder in the cake mixture. Add half of the egg whites and stir well to polish the dough. Place the rest of the egg whites, stirring gently until fully incorporated. Put the dough in the pan and take it to the oven for 40 minutes (or until the toothpick comes out clean).
Place the two cans of condensed milk with the Nescau and butter on the fire and stir until it is in a brigadeiro point. Remove from heat and let cool. When cold, put 100g coconut milk in the brigadeiro and stir to make it consistency to use as a cake filling. Mix 100g of coconut milk with 50ml water and set aside to wet the cake. When the cake is ready, wait for it to cool. When it is cold, cut off the top cover to make it very smooth. Cut the cake into 3 parts.
