I complained of frozen points yesterday. Though mine wasn't at zero. But I was earning 80% less than. Even with more engagement in the platform. I wrote to hello@read.cash. I am yet to get any response from them. But my point earning seems to have improved since last night. >Suggestion: maybe you should reduce the self promotion contests. Your username is mentioned a lot on the platform. I say this because my point issue started when my username is mentioned in a lot of articles. **This is just a thought I had, not like its a thing.** Good luck

Too many competitions, too much begging for subscription is going on. Sponsorship amounts are such that we give even more to beggars. Mostly Bangladeshi and Filipinos are doing it. The basic purpose of read cash has to be honoured. Macronald is absolutely right.
It is not begging if the others are more interactive. It way better than being passive and just waiting.

you need a power user to upvotes one of your articles dear. that power user is unknown. or make more good articles that is helpful and attract that power user to upvote you one of your aticle. and for sure youll be able to get some points too. be helpful to the community and be active in this platform. that all I can suggest dear.
