Fries with ketchup

hello everyone how are you doing? hope you all are having a good day. its time to share a a crispy fries recipe with you all. fries are the most basic thing that everyone can make it easily no matter what time it is , we can easily make them in dinner or our bored time or at late nights when there is nothing to eat! so i think many of us tired of the same French Fries taste so why not to try in different style.

Ingredients

there is not much ingredients you need to make them check it out the follows:

Potatoes

Corn flour powder

Salt

water

Oil

Recipe

First of all you have to cut the fries then take a bowl of water after that you have add those fries in the pot of water then add a little salt in it and put on flame and boil it for 2 to 5 minutes after that you take them out and add a corn flour in the bowl and mix it well after that put in freezer for like 5 minutes and take them out from freezer to pan add the oil in pan and and a bit of salt as we already did the salt in water but for the good taste you must add it and then put on medium flame to fry as they already cooked in boil water now just need to crisp them in the pan of oil. so here it is its done and you can have them with mayonnaise or ketchup its all depend on how you like to eat.
