Expectation vs Reality

Expectation and reality balance is more important

• Just because you wish someone a happy birthday at 12.01 minutes doesn't mean that he or she will wish you in the same way, that he or she may wish at any time of the day, or may not wish, may swear.

• If someone asks you for time, you jump in and give time. This does not mean that he will give you time just like you, just like you give time to someone else, if he gets extra or leftover time, he will give it to you.

• Just because you have a priority in your life does not mean that he or she will think you are special, that he or she may never think of you.

• Just because you close your eyes and trust someone in a selfless way does not mean that he or she will put you on the verge of trust. They may find you smell of interest behind your actions and avoid you.

• You have always looked after everyone well, you have done well, you have never harmed anyone or you have never wanted to harm anyone, so this is not to say that you can expect good behavior from everyone.

• It is foolish to think that if you share your thoughts, joys or sorrows with someone, he will feel comfortable to share his thoughts with you. Maybe he can put you in danger by taking advantage of your weakness.

• If you think of someone as important and share your thoughts with him, he understands and listens attentively, but he may not listen attentively, maybe he is not interested in talking to you but is annoyed with you.

In fact, when we give importance to a person or thing, it hurts because we forget the difference between expectation and reality, even if only for a while. If we do the same thing with one sided mentality, then the suffering is much less. I am not saying that everything has to be complicated or complicated, the mind and brain have to work together to decide whether it is complicated or easy.
