Follow formula 3,2,1 to get good sleep and memory

So, today I am going to introduce a formula to get the best memory so here we have formula of 321 according to this formula if you follow this at night you will get a perfect sleep and memory so let's discuss it hope you will try it
Starting from Rule number 3:
Rule number 3 says that three hours before sleeping, stop eating anything. Like if you are going to sleep at 10:00 p.m. then you should take your mail before 7:00 p.m. and stop eating anything after that. Because three hours are enough to digest that food and and blood is supplied to the whole body which is really important for your health. I have seen some high cholesterol patients always say that they do their dinner one hour before sleep or just take their meal and fall asleep. This is wrong because the food is not metabolized and yet converted into fats which causes cardiac issues. So, one should stop eating three hours before sleep.
Rule no 2:
Rule no 2 says that two hours before sleep , do something productive like read your favourite book, listen something beneficial for you. Go for some informative paper. You can also do some sort of exercise like yoga that will relax your mind. Do something that provide you comfort. Be the part of some useful discussion. Write a diary. This will refresh your mind and believe me, you will feel light.
Rule no 1:
Now, come towards rule no 1. Which says remove your all gadgets one hour before sleep. Like mobile phone, laptop, eyepad etc. I heard people saying that we want a switch near our couch so that we can easily charge alan gadget but i prefer not to have a switch near our couch, so that if the battery dies out, we keep our gadget on one side. Because sometimes we are not in the mood to get up and charge our gadget. Similarly, using a gadget at night can cause eyesight problem and can effect our brain too. So, to get a good sleep and memory follow rule no 1 too.

I just asked myself if I apply this rule in my sleep life but the answer is I don't. It is high time I begin to take these advise serious.
