To be a man is not a day's job.

"I wish I have all the strength and words to express myself, the words to write down the words of pain and hurt bleeding out from my heart at this moment.

The way I feel right now is like the same way a mother feels when she is seeing her only beloved child been taken away from her.

It's as if there is a sudden earthquake and the  oceans and seas rising up to overflow and came out of its shores to carry away lives and properties, everybody running helter-skelter for their lives and no one is sure of what will happen the next moment.

My heart right now is so clouded with lots of confusion and lost because of the situation I have found myself, the day has suddenly turned night within a twinkle of the eyes.

I am just like a boat floating on top of the water with no one on it to control or paddle it, I can't get hold of the way I feel right now.

It's as if I have lost grip of myself and the only thing that could have held me back has also broken and taken away from my reach and I can't get to it anymore.

The state of mind I am right now is so worrisome and if I do not get help from God at this time I may eventually miss my way and get lost on the way that I may not know how to return again."

I know right now you may be wondering why I am sounding this way in my article today, the truth is that I am facing serious emotional and physical challenges that is overwhelming and it's actually getting at me emotionally, physically and mentally. I have reached that junction where everything around me is as if it's has turned against me and no one to run to for help or assistance or even for direction or advise.

The feeling is so overwhelming and unimaginable. But let me not bore you with my personal challenges at the moment, let me share with us in my article today the major and important stages of life that are so challenging to man which every man should take proper notice about and make sure they cross the bridge when they come close to it.

There are three major stages in the life of man you need to know and actually need the grace of God to overcome or else it's wave may get you pushed over board and you lose your focus and direction. Those stages includes;

SELF DEVELOPMENT (FINANCIAL, MENTAL AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT)

This first stage in the life of a man comes with lots of distractions, challenges and confusions. To maintain a steady mental balance and focus on pursuing this stage usually gets challenging due to negative vises and forces that come with it. The challenges that comes while studying in school, learning a business and even serving as an applentice learning a particular trade in your master's business place is so heavy and if care is not taken you may find yourself not completing what ever training you are having at that particular stage due to the challenges it comes with. 

Getting a good job, developing your business career and even starting up that new trade you learnt from your master comes with a lot of task, responsibility and challenges which if you are not careful, the result you get from the early period may discourage you and make you pull out and become unsuccessful in that field you find yourself.

Saving up from that business or career you have created for yourself to get an accomodation, buy car, acquire properties and make some investments is usually not easy to achieve in the life of a man. The challenges and difficulties that comes with trying to save up and do all the important and necessary investments and acquisitions is not really easy at all. There are lots of varieties of things to acquire and in that moment if you are not careful you may end up spending all your savings and go broke at the end of the day.

MAKING THE RIGHT CHOICE OF PARTNER IN MARRIAGE RELATIONSHIP

The second stage in the life of a man is also a challenging stage where it's so difficult for him to make that right choice who he will spend the rest of his life with in marriage. Sometimes it takes months, years and even some time for him to find that special person he is searching for. Due to confusion, some seek the help and face of God in making the right choice of the person they want to spend the rest of their lives with. In as much as you feel it's easy to get a woman to date and be in friendship with but when it gets to the stage of making a choice for that right person that will spend the rest of her life with you, then you will know that it is so challenging and difficult to achieve.

RAISING A FAMILY AND TRAINING AND TAKING CARE OF THEM

This third stage of life is also a very challenging and difficult stage in every man's life, at this point you are to give your best to make it happen, you have to pass through difficult and challenging times in other to achieve it. Giving your family a good life and good upbringing is not an easy task and responsibilities to achieve, you may lose yourself while trying to give them a better life and future. This stage usually gets men so challenging and tasking. When you try your best to make sure everything is well provided for your family, it requires your strength, commitment to what ever you are doing to provide your family that good life, so sometimes it's comes with lots of effort and that can make man get mentally unstable and disturbed most times especially when you are thinking on what to do to make it happen for you and your family.

IN CONCLUSION

It's really not easy for everyone who wish to become man and take responsibility of a man in his life. Sometimes it's hard and frustrating most especially when you are not getting positive results from the effort you are putting in that thing you are doing. The mental and emotional feelings one gets from the negative result he receives each endeavour he puts himself up for each time can not be fathomed. Men usually go through a lot of mental, psychological challenges in them when they are faced with challenges that overwhelms them in their life struggle. But in all of these challenges we get from our struggles we still stand tall raising our shoulders high and making sure that we don't give up so easily to the face of challenges that come to us as men.

To be a man is not a day's job. So please man up and surely God will help us all to succeed.
