I want to welcome you to this great and wonderful section, I hope you had so much fun this weekend most especially today.
This topic I want to discuss right now is something we have longed taken for granted most especially the men both in marriage relationship and any other type of relationship seen around us today.
Before I move further to discuss, I will appreciate it more if you will take a Keen Interest to read with utmost attentiveness and do all you can to learn and make corrections if you find yourself wanting in any of the points I will be raising here for discuss. Women are seen and taken by most men in marriages and other relationships starting from the olden days up until this present time as a second class or inferior personality to man most especially in so many religions, traditions and cultures of some tribes and some countries constitutional laws and policies. Women are not taken as important as men, they are mostly seen as sexual tools for sexual satisfaction and gratification, baby making machines and home service and maintenance personality.
The Jews made laws that were against women and we could see that in the holy bible where they made laws that sees a woman that commits adultery as an evil woman that needs to be stoned to death. They made different laws that prevented and shunned women from relating freely with other people and men in the society. Even when the story of the feeding of five thousand men in the Bible was narrated, the Bible never mentioned women when the story was narrated rather, it was men that they counted as people that were fed with five loafs and two fishes as a miracle that Jesus Christ performed in the Bible.
Even in the Islam, women are not meant to be seen holding religious posts and women were mandated to wear and cover their body and faces with hijabs and cloths that will not show their body outside. Women were subjected to several dehumanisation laws which made them not free to participate in the affairs of the religions. You could see the recent happenings in Afghanistan where women were barred from participating and holding any positions in the government affairs.
Coming down to our different countries and tribes in the world most especially in Arab countries, Asia and most African countries, women are been deprived of their rights and positions through the constitutional laws and policies some countries put in place in order to sideline and take away women's right and positions in the their various countries. Strict restriction measures are been put in place to checkmate the women's activities in their various communities, towns, states and countries where this laws and policies are effective.
Even in some homes and families in Africa and the world at large, some married men have really treated their wives so badly and in dehumanising manner as if they were not humans. Some husbands treat their wives as if they were picked from the waste bins, no regard and respect of any kind to their wives, they talk to their wives any how they like without any remorse. They send their wives packing at any slightest provocation, most men also see their wives as commodity they bought with their money and because of that, they don't have any right to do anything they want or that pleases them.
RESPECT THE HUMAN DIGNITY OF THE WOMAN
Do you know that women deserve so much good treatment, love and respect? Have you in anyway thought in your mind and heart that women deserve equal opportunity to live their lives the same way the men are doing?
Women are the strong pillar that holds a family. As the neck holds the head from falling, that's how women are in the family. Women are so important in the family and in the country and can not be jettisoned in any way whatsoever. Just as the holy book (bible) said, that he that finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favour from the lord. Women are blessing to a man in a relationship and they should not be seen as object for self satisfaction of any kind.
Just as the bible said that a man shall leave his parents and go to a woman and they shall become one, it's so important that women's rights and life are protected and seen as equal with that of a man and should not be taken for granted.
Let the world today begin to understand that religion, traditions and cultures and any other factors did not instruct the men to dehumanise the women and make them look inferior and very cheap.
In respecting the human dignity of a woman you are projecting love and peace both in the family and the world at large.
In respecting the human dignity of a woman you are simply making your home and marriage a success.
It's by respecting the human dignity of a woman that she will bring out her time, energy in making sure that she runs the home perfectly without any issues or complain.
Not raising your hands to beat your woman even when she provokes you so badly, not depriving your woman that privileges and rights to be free with you to air her mind, by not picking offenses and quarrels with her when she wrong you, by not making her look inferior before your family members and friends with your constant complains and by not letting your emotions cloud your senses of reasoning that it's important to always provide and take good care of her at any given time, indeed you are respecting the human dignity of the woman.
In conclusion
Let us learn today to surely see women as not just important persons in the family and places alone, but also as someone that have hopes and dreams, goals and aspirations to achieve as men does as well.
Women are to be respected and valued for a better world at large. Let's make our women our bedrock for our success today...
