Learn to open back up again.

It is quite difficult to see someone who truly lost his dear one to let go of the hurt and pain the situation must have caused him for a very long period of time, in as much as you want to try to let go of the memories, the flash of your sweet moments you shared with the person keeps coming and reminding you of how good and lovely you two were in your life when your dead one was alive and with you.

The feeling of pain at that moment can not be measured or quantified by the next person sitting right beside you who do not see your heart to know what exactly you are passing through at that moment. This feeling could prevent you from embracing new opportunities and moments that could change your life for good all because you were not able to let go of the hurt of losing someone so dear to your heart.

You may feel it's not really a big deal when you see other people passing through such emotional challenges and difficulties not until you find yourself in such situation, then you will understand how heavy and painful that could be losing your dear one.

Not only losing that person that matters most in your heart could bring your heart the pain and sadness that may shot you down for a long period of time, you may also feel so devastated and emotionally bankrupt when you lose that important thing you have been praying so hard for and working so hard in your life to achieve, and when you see that there are no more opportunities or chances left for you to get that which you have been working so hard all your time to achieve, you end up giving up on your self and soak your entire feelings to regret, anger, rejection, pain, lost, sadness, agony, etc. You begin to hurt yourself and gradually become the shadow of yourself all because you lost something you thought you could achieve at the end.

There is nothing so special and new when you let the feeling of your loss engulf your life and your ability to give yourself another opportunity and chance to feel life again. You do yourself no good by choosing to torture yourself and even other people who are still alive and truly love you all because you lost one of your loved ones or the goals you were pursuing to achieve in life. 

I sincerely tell you this my dear friend, one important thing you must try always to remember when such fate comes to your doorstep knocking for you is this, no matter how you feel and think about wanting your loved ones to stay alive with you forever, no matter how you so much desire that goal you are working hard to achieve in life to be successful, one day that your loved one including you and I must definitely die some day and leave this earth to cross over to the great beyond, same goes to that goal you are pursuing, is either you are successful at the end or you lose at the end of it all. When you are faced with the outcome of fate in your life, I plead with you not to hurt yourself so much, not feel sad for a long time or even kill yourself because of the outcome, you have to try your best to learn to open back up again your life, your emotions, your feelings and embrace life again.

No matter how hard it may be for you to open up yourself to live again, just try and give yourself a second chance and a try once more. You surely and definitely add more value to yourself and to other people who are still alive than to those who are dead and gone. You will surely get it right that which you failed to achieve the first time if only you continue to try and push harder when you fail.

You do not need anybody to speak to yourself and to your spirit to be strong again when you get weak on the way, all you need is yourself to fight back, all you need is yourself to reset the time and change your status and conditions. All you need is to tell your spirit the right words to be strong to fight that hurt, sadness and pain your inner mind is feeding on so you can be strong enough and alive again to live for the living and make good use of your own time on earth.

Finally, open back up again your winning spirit to fight back on your feet and achieve that goal you have set for yourself once more. Everything you need right now is in your hands to make it happen, so use it right now to rewrite your story.
