Is there anything like the right person to marry?

When a man wants to take a woman as his wife, he has this in his mind to go for that right woman that will make him happy and respect him, same way does a woman have in her mind to also marry that man that will love and cherish her all the rest of her life.

Everybody wants to be with that right person as his or her partner in marriage of a life time but my question is; "Is there anything like the right person to marry?"

When you move around the cities and interview 100 persons about who they want to spend the rest of their lives with, majority of persons will say they want to marry and spend the rest of their lives with that right person in marriage. Of a truth, when you look at what happens in many marriages between the two couples you will agree with me that such believe of "marrying the right person" only exist in the minds of those that want to be in a relationship, but after being with that one person you believed is the right person for you, when you start living as married couples in your homes, you will start seeing and having a different experience all together from the same person you had in mind and saw as the right partner.

What am I trying to say, many of us believed that the reason why we married that one person out of many we encountered during our single days in lives were because he or she possesses all the qualities that others didn't have, but I tell you this, instead of you believing that, I rather put it that one didn't marry his or her spouse because he or she was the right person but for these two major reasons below which I will explain to you in order for you to understand my points.

1.  Emotional/psychological stability
2.  Finance

Although this is my own point of view and opinion and this article is open for criticism and your comment.

EMOTIONAL/PSYCHOLOGICAL STABILITY

For men;
Before a man decides to marry a woman, he does not just do that immediately, he examines his life, he checks his emotional state, he gets mature in mind and in heart to handle any outcome that will arise, he is able to control his emotions and be the decision maker. At this stage he also considers if he can tolerate her excesses and overlook some of her bad behaviours, he also considers his sexual capabilities and strength with the woman he is about to marry, also he checks himself if he truly loves her to walk down the aisle with her, etc.

For woman
For a woman to accept to marry her partner, she checks herself to know if she will be able to love, tolerate and live with the excesses of her spouse, sexual satisfaction is also considered by her in order to know if she will accept or not.

These emotional and psychological stability is one of the major reasons that pushes one to take the decision to enter into the next level of life in marriage union with another. When one is not ready emotionally and psychologically it will be difficult for one to take the decision even when that person he or she thought is the right person is standing before him or her.

FINANCE

This aspect is another reason one considers before moving to the next level of life with his or her spouse, before a man makes that bold step he considers his financial status, does my daily or monthly earnings enough to take care of my spouse if I marry her today, he considers shelter, can I be able  to provide shelter for her and myself, am I capable financially to take care of her needs and that of mine together if I marry her today? Can I give the security she needs from me?. These and many more are the things the man considers I  his heart before he goes to seek for a woman's hand in marriage.

In conclusion

When one is in a relationship with another, for that person to take that relationship to the next level, he or she goes through personal examination, soul searching to really know if he or she is ready to take the relationship to the next level with the spouse.

If you keep waiting for that right person you may end up waiting for edges without finding that right person.
