Since the inception of technological innovations and the use of social media for a means of communication around the globe, so many interactive software applications have emerged, these social interactive applications include WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, imo, Viber, etc.
Before the introduction of these social media platforms where people can meet themselves, communicate and share their life experiences, there were other old ways of sending messages, letter and communicating with friends close to you and far away countries which includes fax, mail posting, telegram, etc. These old way of sending messages and communicating with one another did not enhance proper and adequate communication flow around the world.
Now as the world progresses and innovations immerged via technology advancements communications were made easy to flow around the world through these platforms mentioned above. People in their different religion, social and other groups use this avenue to communicate and pass information for the growth of the group they belong to.
So therefore, it's very important to highlight these necessary steps one should adhere to in order to maintain and have a good relationship in any online social media platforms most especially online chatting groups he or she belongs to, and this will enable you to learn, associate and communicate properly with one another without any problem.
For you to have an adequate communication and maintain good relationship with people in your online group chat in these social media platforms, these are the steps you should follow;
TAKE EVERYTHING AS JOKE.
So long as you are in an online group chat, it's very advisable that what ever discussion or chat you have with your member/ members in your group should not be taken so serious to cause quarrel of problems outside the group.

As you are in the group, always try to live your normal life and share your experiences without any fear.
Know that without you the group will be boring.
LEARN TO SOCIALIZE AND IMPROVE ON YOUR SOCIAL SKILL.
Make sure you socialize with the people you meet in your group, make new friends and always protect each other's interest. Learn new ideas and ways of prolonging and keeping good relationship with your friends on the group.
DON'T BE TOO PROUD AND ARROGANT
it's always good to respond to discussions introduced in your group chat in a polite manner, respect each others opinions and thoughts and don't sound arrogant when confronting any issues or topic.
