How do you love yourself? This is a serious question we have really overlooked for a very long time now. Yes if you have not asked yourself this important question up on till now, then you are getting it all wrong. Yes of a truth, most of us if not all of have failed to really examine how they have been able to handle themselves in terms of taking good care of their body system, a lot of us have neglected our body and focused on taking care of other people's needs.
The number one priority of life is taking good care of yourself. Yourself I am trying to talk about is your body system, your total self. For you to take a proper good care of others, you should first take good care of yourself and that's why the Wise man will always say; "that charity begins at home". Yes if you want to take good care of another, you should first of all learn to take good care of your body, and how do you do that? You can do that through these steps;
1. Paying proper attention to your body system. In other words, this is the first important aspect of life and healthy living one must not overlook. Making sure that you give your body the necessary things that will make it stronger and healthier at all times. It's a step in the right direction to show yourself that your body is your best friend.
2. Avoid things and situations that can put your entire body system at risk. Yes often times we go about involving ourselves to things that can cause harm to our body system, all because we want to try some adventurous experiences. This is a very challenging situation that most people have given deaf ears to and it's really eating us gradually and silently destroying us.
3. Staying on the path of daily routine body exercises is another way of being your own best friend. This is also an important step that can give your body system a positive, strong and efficient result if taken serious. Yes by doing a proper exercises each day, you are actually giving your body system the food that it requires, and also by making sure you exercise your body and other things your body needs can make your body stronger and live longer.
4. Creating a good habit of eating good food and as at when due. This is one of the ways to follow to prove to your body system that you are your own best friend. A lot of studies have shown that more than 70% of human beings globally don't properly put keen interest in checking the type of food they take into their body system and they don't eat accordingly, this has resulted to so much illness and death in recent time.
5. Giving your body system the adequate and needed rest is another way of being your own best friend. Because of man made challenges and problems in the families, personal desires and other rising issues that is attached to humans in our daily lives, we have neglected the importance of resting our body and giving our body the needed amount of sleep all because we want to meet up with the needs we are faced with. This situation has really kept all most everyone around the world at the mercy of sickness and death because we failed to take good care of our body system and focused our mind and energy in pursing riches and affluence.
6. Minimizing the rate at which we over work our brains, minds and our emotions are also another way of making our body system know that we are his or her best friend. You know over working your brain, mind and emotion can give your body system a negative defect if proper care is not taken. Finding a proper way to control some emotional challenges, troubles of the mind and to much work load to the brain has really helped a lot in making sure that our body system stays safe, stronger and healthier.
All these steps and many more should be one's concern in making sure that they give their body system the needed love and care the body requires. Self-love is not a bad idea, rather it's an act that prolong life spam and all that comes with it. So try today and start being your own best friend today and you will surely see how your life will turn around for good. Yes I agree with that statement of yours, first we do have our full attention on our selves. Knowing our lacks on our selves and fulfill it on our own. However it ourself who understand the deepest sentiment we feel. Prioritizing ourself is a must.
