What is stress?

According to science Stress is normal body reaction that happen in some kind of physical or emotional response.

If according to science it is normal phenomenon then why stress is thought to be dangerous for health.

Let's find out some parameters of stress

1.Cause of stress.

Stress can be due to some common daily life problem such as.

Thinking too much about anything.

Thinking about we have no ability in any field of life.

May b due to some responsibilities.

Not having work.

Facing big problems.

Common signs can be;

Low energy

Frequently headache.

Stomach disturbances.

Mental disturbance.

Laziness.

What is depression?

Depression is a disorder that is sever mental and medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, think and how you behave.

Stress to depression.

Conversion disorder is caused by some extreme stress or emotional trauma. It depends on how you think and behave. If it goes in extreme and negative way, that stress will convert to depression disorder.

How to prevent depression.

More important is not to take to much stress on small things.

Engage yourself in positive activities.

Away yourself from negative parts as well as any negative relation.

Last but not least "find a solution of problem instead of taking stress".

When I got stressed on something I working on. I just took a day break on it. Thinking anything on that day but not that thing. After that I continue what I left
