And the main cause of eating habits and irregular lifestyle. Piles are usually of two types. External piles, also called blind piles. And internal piles, also called bleeding piles. According to experts, the disease can be cured by changing the eating habits. There are some foods that can increase the risk of eating.

1. According to health experts, spicy foods should not be eaten if you have piles. Excessive spicy foods also weaken the digestive system and increase the pain of piles.

2. Do not drink coffee and tea if you suffer from piles. These foods increase the problem of piles. And drink green tea to stay healthy.

3. Bakery food is made with unrefined flour and sugar. These are not easily digested. And not good for the digestive system. This is because bakery foods do not contain fiber at all, which increases constipation.

4. Many people like packaged and televaja food. According to doctors, patients with piles should not eat fried foods. These foods weaken the digestive system and increase the problem of piles.

5. According to experts, if you suffer from constipation and bleeding, you should stop eating meat. Especially do not eat red meat. Also avoid meat foods bought from stores.
