1. They're in "survival mode"

We all have our own battle to fight for. We shouldn't compare each others scenarios. Some may take so much time in a situations so don't rush them. Just like the saying "time is gold", it is so precious to waste.

2. Their past trauma has been triggered

Past is part of our lives, it may be good or bad pasts but we are all from that. Everyone's past is not our story to tell. Respect everyone, we don't know everything and we shouldn't know everything.

3. That "small" thing meant nothing to you but everything to them

Each of us have our own way on appreciating every things. Not all of us can do great and bigger thing, so if it's "small" for you, you don't need to ruin other people mood, specially if its big thing for them.

Anxiety is the normal reaction of the body to stress. It's a sense of anxiety or uncertainty about what's coming. people tend to feel anxiety because it may triggered because of a current situation.

Some of us may break down over small things because of abused that we may experienced in the past. They may experienced verbal or non-verbal abuse. Emotional abuse can lead to traumas that can change the way you think, feel, and behave. It can lead to anxiety, depression, or even post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Just like in No. 4, where anxiety defines as a normal reaction of the body to stress. Surprises may triggered people's anxiety because of shock that's why they tend to break down over small things.

8. They've had so many things go wrong lately that they were really hoping this would go right

Hoping is stronger than fear. It's better to fail because of trying, rather than to simply failing because of the fear of trying. So don't be tired in trying, it may lead you to the way where everything's fall in your plans.

9. They feel overwhelmed and can't take on any other stress

Overwhelm means having too much, because of overwhelming, people may not think properly and be drown to they're own thoughts. People who are overwhelmed over small things are people who cannot put their emotions into words so that they can't express themselves properly.

10. They're so drained they can't fake smile anymore

Because of the things that happened to them, they can't pretend anymore. They can't put even a small smile because it's too much. We must understand that we have our own way in handling things and situations. We must respect each others feelings and appreciations.
