The lyrics have said it all about how biased society is towards the woman.
However, I officially celebrate all women that are making waves in the world today including myself.
Break the bias.

Break the bias.
There are lots of obstacles out there for you as a woman but you've been intentional about overcoming them all!
The true test of your strength is daily living to be free, inspire, and empower others. Just by walking among us, you are a promoter of our greatest level of appreciation.
The world belongs to you and it's important the world knows it. You show the world what's possible because you know what's possible. That is your job and we have your back.
I'm sure as a woman you're not just sitting on the couch and waiting for the action to unfold. You're going to be out there, making things happen! You've been working hard to overcome all kinds of obstacles. You don't let bias get in your way!
So, as much as you've got the right stuff, sometimes it's hard to get people to see that.
So, here are three ways to help you break through any bias, big or small:
1. Take Action - Women have the tendency to put their lives on hold and wait for someone or something else to open doors, but the truth is YOU hold the key and the answer is YOU. So take action, you be the change you want to see.
2. Be Confident - Confidence goes a long way when it comes to being successful, it's infectious and people want to be around it. You will attract what you believe in, so believe in yourself and stay true to your goals.
3. Keep Going - Sometimes life just throws curveballs, but that doesn't mean you need to give up. Do what you feel is right and don't let anyone interrupt your path.
4. Remember - You've got this!
5. Show off your skills
6. Make sure your voice is heard
7. Track what you've done and ask for feedback on how to do better
8. Share your own success stories and opportunities with others
9. Be an advocate for others, who have faced similar challenges
As a woman, break every bias.
I have to work twice as hard to earn half as much.
I'll never be as valuable as a man.
I shouldn't wear that.
No man would ever date me if I did.
I am expected to talk less and smile more.
It's not appropriate for me to take up this much space, or say "no," or ask for help, or get angry, or need anything from you.
And yet the world treats me like I'm inferior. Like I don't deserve the same respect, consideration and opportunity that you do.
The world sees me as ignorant, negligent, weak, hysterical, over-emotional, unfit to lead and unworthy of your attention.
All these are what we call Bias.
Biasness is a catch-all term for the many small ways that women are disadvantaged by the society.
Break the bias.
You've been intentional about overcoming all obstacles and hurdles.
I celebrate you for not compromising!
