Time is precious Write down the things you think are most important - what you really want to do, what people you want to be with, where you want to spend as much of your time as possible. Make a note of a suitable date next week when you will really do some of this. Make this your schedule of the most important weekly activities. Adapt them to all other tasks and their deadlines. Then write down activities that are not fatal to your well-being but take up a lot of your time. Consider whether it is possible to shorten or eliminate these activities without unpleasant consequences for you. People do certain things automatically and don’t even notice that they aren’t necessary. In your case, this could be observing a shop window with no intention of buying anything, chatting with colleagues in front of a coffee machine, or having phone conversations about trivial topics. Some spend time reviewing acquaintances ’posts on social media or persistently watching a grueling TV show because they are embarrassed to admit that they have watched all previous episodes in vain. You want to reduce wasted time with useless activities and make room for what inspires and fulfills you. Don’t be emotional about unnecessary things just because you’re used to doing them. You will find it even easier to get used to good things when they become available to you for better time management. **Ventilate your daily schedule** Now move on to cleaning your daily schedule. Find out which of the many activities you could change to gain some time. For example, can you do some separate chores outside the apartment one after the other so you don’t have to leave and come back multiple times? The same goes for meetings, especially private ones, over which you have more influence. Three consecutive arrangements, preferably nearby, are more economical than three arrangements on three different days. We also waste a lot of time on 'online' activities that cause a certain type of addiction in a large number of people. Can you set one or two appointments for reviewing and writing emails instead of doing it little by little all day? And when you’re at email, save a little more time by shortening the length of each message to five to six lines. If you use social networks, do as with email: review them once or twice a day and do what you set out to do ‘in one piece’. This also classifies outgoing phone calls and limits their duration. An incredible amount of words and time (and money!) Goes to waste because of pointless phone calls. If you manage to organize related activities over time in groups, you will create larger blocks of free time in the rest of the day. And these larger blocks will bring you more available space to deal with the things you love. I hope I helped you with suggestions how not to waste your time! Good luck! Japanese knotweed (Fallopia japonica) - benefits, recipes and how you make tincture Hello my dear virtual friends.I hope you are doing fine today. It is Sunday and day for resting. **Japanese knotweed** prefers to inhabit moderately humid habitats, most often along rivers and streams. Although it is best suited to sunny places, as well as partial shade, it is also found in shaded places, e.g. under tree canopies. It is the fastest to inhabit areas where major earth movements have occurred due to human activity. It is mostly found along roads, railways, along rivers and streams, on abandoned arable or building land, but due to its extraordinary competitiveness, it is increasingly involved in natural vegetation, where it displaces native plants. **Japanese knotweed (Fallopia japonica)** is native to Asia, where it has the status of a deity due to its widespread use in traditional medicine. The beautiful white flowers so captivated European visitors that they brought it to Europe almost 200 years ago. As an ornamental plant, it was first planted in gardens, but after a few decades the plant lost control and spread to nature. Today, it flourishes on the wet banks of rivers, ponds, on the edges of parks and forests, on perpetual construction sites, along the highway and in any other garden. Due to its prevalence, it is considered an invasive plant, and it is less known that Japanese knotweed is primarily a miracle plant that contains the antioxidant resveratrol. **Japanese knotweed is an invasive plant** The roots of Japanese knotweed are almost indestructible. Regardless of external weather phenomena, the extermination of this plant is a long-term job. It helps to regularly cut the young shoots. Shoots should not exceed a height of 10 centimeters, which means that we must cut them at least once a week. Cut them clean at the ground and be careful not to cut the roots. All young shoots are carefully removed and destroyed by incineration. When excreting, we must be especially careful that the cut parts do not fly away where they could germinate again. **Japanese knotweed has healing effects** Japanese knotweed is a strong plant, given how much effort needs to be put into its excretion when it grows in unsuitable places, on the other hand, it is also strong in its healing effectiveness. It is a real source of energy, vitamins A and C, potassium, manganese, zinc and many phenolic compounds that act as antioxidants. It can be used to lower cholesterol, inhibit aging, work against chronic fatigue, lower blood pressure, to strengthen the immune system… In research, scientists have found that it reduces the likelihood of developing pre-diabetic conditions and diabetes. However, it is even thought to be useful in some cancer cells in animals and in the laboratory. The ingredient resveratrol is supposed to protect the plant from pests, it regenerates cells faster and slows down their aging. The antioxidant resveratrol has similar effects on human cells. It reduces the concentration of "bad" cholesterol and corrects the ratio between bad (LDL) and good (HDL) cholesterol. Both resveratrol and the active ingredient, which is abundant in Japanese knotweed, help to strengthen blood vessel walls and reduce the development of atherosclerosis. Japanese knotweed is also used in traditional Chinese and Japanese medicine to treat fungal diseases, skin inflammations and cardiovascular diseases. It inhibits cell aging and prolongs life. Experiments have confirmed that it breaks down fat cells and thus helps in weight loss. Japanese knotweed is known for its antifungal, antimicrobial and antioxidant effects. **Culinary use** This edible plant with a high content of antioxidants and a rhubarb flavor can be used as a wild food (it is best with scrambled eggs). Only young shoots up to a height of 20 centimeters are useful for food. The remaining parts are high in oxalic acid and are very fibrous, so they could be used for construction, insulation, design, or for clothing, as Japanese knotweed is similar to bamboo, hemp, and flax. Young shoots of knotweed are eaten as asparagus, but can replace rhubarb in recipes as it has a slightly sour taste. In Asia, however, buckthorn roots are used to make itadori tea, which means well-being in Japanese. Recipes for preparations of Japanese knotweed **1.Herbal frtalja** In a bowl, whisk 6 eggs with 2 dcl of milk, add 7 tablespoons of flour, salt and stir until the mixture becomes a smooth liquid. Peel and wash the herbs and vegetables (young shoots of Japanese knotweed up to 10 centimeters high, parsley, chives, Swiss chard, onions) and chop everything finely. Japanese knotweed contains oxalic acid, so it is recommended to cook it for a few minutes and then leave it in water overnight. This procedure removes oxalic acid. It can then be used in the final preparation of various dishes. Mix the chopped herbs and vegetables with the egg mass to distribute them evenly. Heat the butter in a pan and pour the mass. When the bottom turns nicely brown, carefully turn the fryer over to the other side and bake evenly. 2.**Compote with apples and Japanese knotweed** 6 apples are washed, peeled and the pimples and stalks are removed. Cut them into chunks, shake in a bowl and pour over the lemon juice. Cut the young shoots of knotweed into smaller pieces and add them to the apples. Add 100 g of sugar, cinnamon stick, cloves and lemon peel, a few pieces of orange and pour a liter of water over everything. Bring the contents to a slow boil over medium heat. Lower the temperature and let the compote cook for 10 minutes. When ready, wait for it to cool a bit. 3.**Tincture of Japanese knotweed** *We need:* 80-100 g of fresh roots of Japanese knotweed 8 dcl of 70% alcohol *Preparation and use:* Put sliced Japanese knotweed roots in a bottle and pour with alcohol. The mixture prepared in this way should stand for 15-20 days. Shake the bottle every day. Then strain the liquid into a dark bottle and take 2-6 teaspoons of tincture diluted in a little water 3-6 times a day for 4-6 weeks. The tincture helps strengthen the immune system, lowers "bad" cholesterol, has antiviral and antibacterial effects, has a rejuvenating effect. Photos are taken from google.com. Thank you for reading my article. I wish you Happy Sunday! Hugs. @Purebeauty

Lung cancer is the second most common cancer in the world Lung cancer is the second most common cancer in the world in terms of incidence and the most common in terms of mortality. Lung cancer is a malignant tumor that develops in the lung tissue. In recent years, this cancer has risen slightly in men, while it has risen sharply in women. The smoking epidemic in women began a few decades later than in men, hence the difference. **The main cause of lung cancer is active smoking**, which increases the probability of developing this disease up to 30 times. When smoking cessation begins, the likelihood of developing cancer begins to decrease, but even 30 years after smoking cessation, it does not fully equate with the likelihood in non-smokers. Lung cancer is also affected by passive smoking, which means inhaling cigarette smoke when others smoke, and which increases the likelihood of developing lung cancer by 20%. Other causes of lung cancer are exposure to asbestos, radon and heavy metals and their compounds. *The fact that lung cancer is difficult to cure is also due to the fact that it grows without symptoms.*Most cancers occur on the periphery of the lungs, where there are no senses, so patients do not cough or feel pain, and cancer cells continue to grow smoothly. ***WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS?*** No symptoms point directly to lung cancer, but they can also be symptoms of other diseases. When symptoms appear, it may be too late for successful treatment. The symptoms of lung cancer depend on the progression of the cancer. Early symptoms include: • a new, persistent cough or worsening of a chronic cough, sometimes with bloody sputum, • chest pain, which may be dull or sharp, worsens on inhalation and is caused by inflammation of the sternum over the affected part of the lungs (pleurisy), • shortness of breath, • wheezing if the tumor grows in the airways and obstructs airflow. • altered shape of fingertips and nails (beta fingers), • occasional hoarseness. Symptoms appear earlier if the tumor is located closer to the central airway, may be as bleeding or as obstruction of the main airways (difficulty breathing). Otherwise, the disease is detected in the early stages most often by chance. For example, when a patient undergoes an X-ray examination, e.g. in occupational medicine, or when, after recovering from pneumonia and respiratory infections, the infiltrate persists in the lungs, or as part of the required examinations before certain procedures. ***Treatment in different stages of the disease*** In the first and second stages, the patient can be treated with surgery. "Depending on the size of the tumor or the involvement of the first-order lymph nodes, we decide to add chemotherapy. The disease in the third stage is usually so locally widespread that we do not opt for surgical treatment, and most of these patients are treated with combination therapy - a combination of radiation and chemotherapy. In the fourth stage, the disease is already metastatic and is treated systemically. Systemic therapy may involve classical chemotherapy, the second is targeted therapy, and the third systemic therapy is immunotherapy. In the near future, treatment with combinations of these therapies (especially chemotherapy and immunotherapy) will also be possible. ***Diagnosis*** Diagnosis is multidisciplinary and the procedure is led by a pulmonologist. The goals of diagnostic treatment are to determine the prevalence of the disease as soon as possible, to perform tumor verification, and the patient should also be assessed in terms of how capable he is of treatment. So how does it go? Staša Jelerčič: “The first diagnostic examination is an X-ray of the lungs, and a personal doctor decides on it in case of problems. If a tumor is suspected, the patient is referred to a pulmonologist, who performs further diagnostics. These are in-depth scans, first a CT scan of the chest, and in case of a suspected malignant lung tumor, a CT scan of the head and abdomen. These examinations are followed by confirmation of the diagnosis by removal of the diseased tissue, most often by bronchoscopy, followed by examination of the tissue by a pathologist. Namely, we want to define as precisely as possible, including molecularly, what type of tumor it is. ***Treatment*** Once the diagnosis of lung cancer is confirmed, such a patient presents himself at one of the multidisciplinary councils, where experts from various branches of oncology, together with a radiologist and a thoracic surgeon, decide on the type of treatment. Prior to each treatment, the patient's possible associated diseases, current performance, and problems should be inquired about. "If it is an extended - metastatic disease and the patient is in poor condition or has other reservations about systemic treatment - mostly due to associated diseases - the patient can be treated only symptomatically, ie only with measures to alleviate the patient's problems. Here we are talking about alleviating problems with medications or other local measures or interventionsHowever, if CT scans show that the disease is limited to the chest, the patient is additionally referred for a PET-CT scan, which confirms the limited stage. If the disease is found in the lungs and in the lymph nodes of the interstitium, cure is still possible (this is the third stage) and the patient is treated with a combination of radiation and chemotherapy. According to the new law, maintenance therapy with immunotherapy is already used in such patients in the third stage. ***What is immunotherapy?*** Immunotherapy represents a new breakthrough in the treatment of cancer patients. How It Works? “All cancers are immunogenic in the early stages, so the body recognizes them as foreign. Over time, however, most tumors can recognize their own immune system through various fire mechanisms and begin to grow uncontrollably. The immunotherapist or inhibitor of immune checkpoints in certain grips works by "releasing the brake" of our immune system, which again recognizes tumor cells as foreign and begins to fight them. While classical chemotherapy works on all cells that divide quickly, and does not differentiate between sick and healthy, with immunotherapists we stimulate our own immune system to recognize sick - cancer - cells. " Most patients tolerate such treatment more easily than chemotherapy, that most side effects are mild to moderate, most often not threatening to the patient and most often manifest as thyroid dysfunction, various skin rashes, diarrhea pa Serious or life-threatening complications are possible. which can potentially affect any organ system. Here, the key is quick identification of possible complications and referral to a selected oncologist. Recognizing immune-related side effects of immunotherapy is not easy for oncologists either, as they often have similar symptoms and signs as other diseases, so we must rule out other diseases or causes before starting treatment for the complication. " ***It is not a miracle cure*** Immunotherapy is not a miracle cure. "It is not yet clear who will actually benefit and who will not. A study in stage III patients in whom the disease did not progress after radiation and chemotherapy treatment confirmed the benefit of durvalumab immunotherapy both in the prolonged time to disease progression and overall survival. Until then, some patients with stage three lung cancer could still be cured "alone" with chemotherapy and radiation (15 to 25 percent five-year survival). Let's hope that immunotherapy will be able to further improve the survival of these patients. " Photos are taken from google.com. Thank you for reading my article. Have a wonderful day! @Purebeauty.

Can coexistence with animal robots be as beneficial as coexistence with real animals? Loneliness is often mentioned among the most typical problems associated with modern times. This problem is often particularly prevalent among the elderly population. As in many other cases, some have begun to think about how to use modern technology to at least partially alleviate such problems. This is how the idea of special pets developed - not animal, but robotic… Robotic pets instead of animals? The robot, of course, can be made to be quite similar to a living creature, at least from a distance. If we add to this the ability to respond to voices or touches and the fact that today robots can successfully perform even very complex tasks, we get a device that works very realistically. Most robots used today do not otherwise fall into this category. These are still mainly devices used in various industries, which in some places are increasingly replacing the need for human labor. At the same time, robots are becoming very widespread in hospitals, as they can be used to provide much greater accuracy in various operations. In some places abroad, robots have even been introduced in old people's homes, where they help feed the cared for. But in addition to industrial and various medical robots, there are also t. i. social robots, which have become increasingly interesting lately - especially due to the contact constraints brought about by the pandemic. It's about t. i. intelligent toys, which, according to some experts, will soon become indispensable companions of many people… Can coexistence with animal robots be as beneficial as coexistence with real animals? Intelligent robotic toys or. social robots are basically often reminiscent of humans. This, of course, is not a realistic shot of a human, but such robots usually have a head, arms, legs, and so on. Thus, it is not surprising that manufacturers of social robots are increasingly also producing ones that resemble pets. Robots in the image of different animal species have already been introduced by many well-known companies, and since it is known that caring for animals or socializing with them can contribute to better well-being, many experts have begun to wonder if similar effects can be achieved with robotic pets. pets. In some places, they have already decided on special experiments… The solution is especially suitable for the elderly who are unable to care for the animal. In some countries, projects have been launched to provide robotic pets to the elderly, who have become even more isolated than usual in recent months due to the risk of more serious complications from a new coronavirus infection. The initiators of such projects hope that the visual similarity and similarity of behavior, which makes robotic animals at least partially reminiscent of real ones, can contribute to similar positive effects as coexistence with a real four-legged furry friend. They are aware that a robot can never completely replace a "real experience", but it is a good alternative or emergency solution for those who may not be able to take care of the animal, as robotic pets do not need walking, feeding, bathing, etc. ., which can otherwise require quite a bit of time and energy. Critics of such use of modern technology are often skeptical, as they believe that in the long run it can contribute to even greater loneliness of many people, but times are such that such ideas can not be written off too quickly. Thus, it will be interesting to monitor the effects that coexistence with robotic pets will have on the elderly who have previously suffered from severe loneliness. **What you think about robots pets?** Photos are taken from google.com. What if ONCE in your life you gave yourself ENOUGH that you never got from others? How do you feel if you take this break once in your life, this break from having to constantly improve something, work on something, keep in mind: “Just this, and then I'll be really worth it, and then **I'll be really ENOUGH**. I still have to go to this education, I still have to fix my physique, my skin, my hair ... I have to fix my relationship with my partner, and I have to get my children ready… « What if **ONCE** in your life you gave yourself **ENOUGH** that you never got from others? *But you can't get it from others - you get it from yourself.* What if you're old enough? How do you feel if you are already enough? Do you feel like your body is softening and you feel like you don't need anything? You can get a feeling of heaviness or a feeling of lightness. Wouldn't you joke about that? Maybe to start once a week - you say to yourself: "Now the next hour is enough". EXERCISE: I've had enough! You close your eyes and say: “I’ve had enough. I’m handsome enough, I’m smart enough, I’m capable enough. I've done enough. I’m dry enough, I’m fat enough. I have enough money. I've had enough. I’m kind enough, penetrating enough, I’m working on myself enough. I exercise enough, I have enough fun. Just right. I have tidy enough, I have a nice house enough, I have a good car enough. I have a good enough job. " Do this exercise, think about where your complexes are, where you are not enough and how you would feel if you were already enough. And give yourself that relief. Treat yourself to it. It is the greatest luxury in this world. **Acknowledging to yourself that you are enough. And that you are worthy.** What would the world be like if everyone had a sense that there was enough and there were no complexes, feelings of worthlessness, inadequacy, comparison, competition? YES, it’s great to progress, to strive for change, to learn and improve! But not out of a sense of inferiority. Just out of a sense of wanting more because WE ARE INTERESTED in how it is, not because we have to and because we are not good enough now, worthy enough. Thank you for reading my article. I am sending you much love and hugs! @Purebeauty

Every living being has its own energy field - the aura ***No matter what you wear, how much makeup you apply to yourself, your energy cannot be hidden and will always show your true “I”.*** Every living being has its own energy field - an aura that spreads around the physical body. We know that not everything that exists is visible to the eye. Although we may not see the aura (all) with the naked eye, we can undoubtedly feel the energy of man. You know how something immediately attracts or distracts you from a certain person, but you can't pinpoint exactly what it is. People who are more sensitive feel the energy field all the more. The aura most vividly testifies to our condition. It reflects our current well-being, emotions, as well as our general mental and emotional state. It points to our weak and strong points and blockages where energy is not flowing. If a person is ill, his aura is reduced or in some parts distorted or almost disappears. ***The blockages that are visible on the etheric body slowly affect the physical body and so the disease develops.*** This is how our emotions, such as fear or joy, are seen or felt in the aura. This is especially felt by animals who know exactly if you are scared. ***Animals are a typical example of beings who don't really care about how you look, they only care about the energy you emit***. A "strong" or balanced aura around your body will offer you protection from the negative vibrations of the environment, as well as thoughts and diseases. ***If your energy field is in harmony, you will also attract harmony into your life - harmonious relationships, abundance, happiness .....*** **So what weakens the aura?** Fear, anxiety, hatred, jealousy, anger, and negative emotions in general. Stress and opiates or physical toxins (alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, medicines, dead food ...), excessive exposure to electric radiation, chaotic space (shopping malls, crowds ...), destructive music ... **What influences the improvement of our energy field?** Conscious work on yourself, breaking down traumas and repressed emotions, stress, meditation, laughter, movement in nature, sun, water - bathing in salt water or showering, healing sounds, use of crystals, enough rest and eating live food ... The next time you worry that your hairstyle is having a bad day, that you have nothing to wear, remember ***that what really counts is the energy you radiate.*** You will be enchanted with it more than with the latest outfit. Banana Diet - Persevere for a week and you will be amazed at the effects ... Bananas are one of the most popular fruits in the world because they taste great, satiate us and are extremely nutritious. They are also easy to take with you to work or on the go and have such a healthy and nutritious snack. Fortunately, they are also not expensive. They can help you control your blood pressure, lose a few extra pounds, improve the health of your gut, and protect your eyes. Bananas are extremely tasty as they contain the natural sugars sucrose and fructose which give the fruit a sweet taste. However, they are rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber, making them a healthy part of the meal. Bananas in particular have a higher amount of vitamin B6, vitamin C, manganese and potassium. The average banana contains 467 milligrams of potassium and only 1 milligram of sodium, which protects us from atherosclerosis. In addition to protecting the health of our heart and blood vessels, the potassium in bananas protects the health of our bones as it reduces the amount of calcium we excrete through urine and prevents accelerated thinning of bones over time. Like any other fruit, the nutritional value of a banana changes as it ripens. As the banana ripens, it becomes increasingly dark yellow, and the level of antioxidants, which protect our body from cardiovascular disease and cancer, increases. According to the latest research conducted in Japan, a fully ripe banana that has dark spots on its peel, provides the maximum amount of TNF (tumor necrosis factors) - cytokines that fight abnormal tumor cells in the body by stimulating the production of white blood cells and helping to communicate between them. So the more ripe the banana, the better. Then it contains more substances that strengthen our immune system and more anti-cancer substances. In fact, it is even the case that bananas with dark spots are eight times more effective in improving the function of white blood cells than green bananas. Research conducted on ripe bananas has confirmed that TNF prevents the growth of tumor cells and their spread. So instead of throwing away a banana that has already gotten black spots on the peel and assuming it is already rotten, eat it instead. At that time, it contains a whole range of nutrients that can protect your health from many diseases. **1. Heartburn** Bananas protect against heartburn as they are an alkaline fruit. This means they neutralize the acid in your stomach and can help you get rid of the heartburn and burning sensation in the spoon. **2. Energy** The potassium in bananas protects your muscles from muscle cramps, while the carbohydrates in bananas provide your body with enough energy for a good workout. That is why bananas are also a great food that you can eat before exercise. Banana releases energy slowly, so it will help you maintain a high energy level for longer. **3. Anemia** Bananas contain high levels of iron, so they can help prevent anemia. With the help of iron, they stimulate the production of hemoglobin, increase the level of red blood cells and contribute to better blood circulation throughout the body. **4. Stomach ulcers** Bananas are almost the only raw fruit that can reduce the acid in the stomach and thus make a coating on the lining of the stomach and protect it from increased irritation. Bananas also contain protease inhibitors that reduce the damage caused by bacteria associated with the development of stomach ulcers. **5. Constipation** The fiber in bananas helps move stool through the intestines to make it easier to excrete during digestion. At the same time, they protect the health of our gut and help with better digestion. **6. Stress and anxiety** Bananas contain tryptophan, a substance our body needs to produce serotonin. What’s more, the potassium in bananas helps improve brain function by sending more oxygen to brain cells, while vitamin B calms the nervous system and helps improve mood. A quick banana diet that melts pounds A key rule of the banana diet is to eat one banana for breakfast along with one or two glasses of lukewarm water. If this is not enough for you, you can eat two, even three bananas (always have a glass of water with you), but not more than four. Breakfast is the only meal where tolerances are allowed. Other meals should be smaller, lighter and more frequent. Don’t stick to established patterns (lunch, dinner). Meals can be 5 or more (every 2 hours). It is important, however, to drink water all the time, and you can overdo it with a cup of unsweetened coffee or tea. Choose your main meal, which should be at the same time throughout the diet. Then you can afford a "lunch" according to this recipe: 2 tablespoons flax seeds 150 grams of blueberries 1 banana 1 tablespoon grated ginger (fresh is best) 1 handful of spinach 1 glass of water Mix all the ingredients (except water), and you should drink this smoothie as slowly as possible, but never less than 20 minutes (that's how long it takes the brain to register the eating process and thus reduce the feeling of hunger). Such a smoothie has all the necessary vitamins, fiber and protein that the body needs throughout the day. If you still can’t do without treats, you can indulge in some dark chocolate (as many grams as you weigh in), but only before 3 p.m. The last banana meal should be before 8pm, although it is ideal not to eat anything after 6pm. In case you feel too hungry after a few days of dieting, eat a handful of fresh fruit, but only exceptionally. Don't get in the habit. **Insist in a strict banana regimen for at least 7 days, and no more than 12 days. Then you must finish the diet for the body to recover.** Photos are taken from google.com. Thank you for reading my article. I am sending you hugs and much love.@Purebeauty

The most valuable gift for blind and visually impaired pregnant women - 3D-4D ultrasound image **A 3D-4D ultrasound image makes blind pregnant women happy.** Most people practically do not think about the obstacles that the blind and visually impaired face. Many experiences that may seem completely self-evident to you are inaccessible to people with visual impairment. One such is also the joy brought by the first glance at the ultrasound image of the fetus developing in the womb. However, technological advances have made this experience accessible, at least in part, to blind and visually impaired pregnant women. With the help of 3D-4D technology, pregnant women with visual impairments can now "get to know" their unborn child before it even peeks into the world… Great joy when she felt the "face" of her child for the first time under her fingers. A few years ago, he rounded up a video online of a 30-year-old pregnant woman named Tatiana Guerra who lost her sight at 17 years old. When she got pregnant, she felt she would have to come to terms with not being able to see her son on an ultrasound. However, then the medical staff decided to surprise. Instead of the classic 2D image, they prepared a 3D-4D drawing for Tatiana, which is actually a kind of relief that mimics the facial features of the fetus in the womb. As Tatiana held this unexpected gift in her hands, she could not hide her tears of emotion. She then slowly traveled with her fingers on the "face" of her son, which of course brought additional tears of happiness. Modern technology has thus provided a very special experience that has helped to create a strong bond between mother and child even before his birth. The technology was initially used primarily for certain fetal defects. 3D-4D technology for printing ultrasound images was initially reserved mainly for cases of certain defects. Namely, surgeons used such images to help assess whether t will be needed. i. fetal (in utero) surgery. Gradually, however, they found that it is a technology that can be very useful even in cases where it is not needed due to health risks. Today, it is so often used for pregnant women with visual impairments who cannot see the classic 2D images of the fetus in the uterus. In some countries, especially in Japan, 3D-4D images have become very popular even among parents who are not blind and visually impaired. Many are thus willing to deduct rather high sums for a slightly more tangible image of the ultrasound image of their unborn child. Photos are taken from google.com. Thank you for reading my article. Disease of modern times - Candida **What is Candida?** https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OSlFOSLPFlM Candida or the fungus Candida albicans is an otherwise harmless yeast fungus that is present in every one of us. The problem arises if due to certain factors (stress, taking antibiotics, disease,…) the balance in our intestines is disturbed and consequently the number of good bacteria is reduced, which ensures that the candida does not grow or multiply excessively. Once the fungus multiplies too much, various digestive and skin problems can begin to appear, and in the worst cases, which are otherwise extremely rare, candida can also enter the bloodstream. The most obvious sign of candida overgrowth in the gastrointestinal tract is a white coating on the tongue, which can become thicker if left untreated. There are many different microorganisms in our body that can be neutral, pathogenic, or beneficial to our health. Candida (the most common is Candida albicans, but there are about 100 species of Candida) is a neutral microorganism that has certain functions in our body (helps with digestion and absorption of nutrients) and is normally present in the body, especially in the respiratory and digestive tract and in the area of the female genitalia. Candida albicans is a diploid yeast fungus whose action is regulated by the immune system and is normally unproblematic. However, if the environment changes and the immune system is compromised, it transforms into a multicellular filamentous form that penetrates deep into the host tissue, travels through the bloodstream and affects various parts of the body, where it attacks cells and draws nutrients from them. This is also associated with an overreaction of the immune system, which causes various allergies, bronchial asthma and other health problems (the disease can occur in the blood, intestines, skin, nails and other internal organs and mucous membranes). Candida releases 79 different substances (including uric acid and the neurotoxins formaldehyde, alcohol, and acetyldehyde) that weaken the immune system. The action of pathogenic candida also results in frequent inflammations that thin the intestinal walls (as a result, toxins and unprocessed food molecules enter the bloodstream). Causes of candida problems? Among the most common causes for the direct or indirect destruction of beneficial bacteria in our gut and the proliferation of candida and the formation of its pathogenic form are certainly: -improper diet with a large intake of simple sugars, processed carbohydrates, fats and foods that make us very acidic (in addition to sugar, the list also includes all foods of animal origin) -alcohol -mental and physical stress, emotional and energy blockages -antibiotics -contraceptives and other pills -amalgam fillings and other heavy metals -chlorine and fluoride -various toxins from the environment, water, food,furniture,cosmetics,.... Candida - symptoms Candida bloating can be a very problematic condition that manifests itself through a variety of symptoms. The symptoms of candida can be similar to the symptoms of other health problems (irritable bowel syndrome, arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome, diaper rash, Crohn’s disease, gastroenteritis, etc.). For this reason, additional tests should be done to help determine if recurrent symptoms are related to candida proliferation. **Nervous system** (poor concentration, poor memory, irritability, anger, dizziness, depression, panic attack, sadness, decreased libido, chronic fatigue, hyperactivity, cravings for sweets and alcohol, insomnia, poor coordination). **Digestive system** (reflux, bloating, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, stomach cramps, mucus in the stool, hemorrhoids, itching in the rectum). **Skin** (acne, cysts, psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, fungal infections of the nails and skin, athletic foot, unpleasant body odors). **Oral cavity** (white coatings on the tongue, inflammation of the lower lip, halitosis, metallic taste in the mouth, bad breath, canker sores, bleeding gums, sores on the tongue). **Lungs** (chronic cough, mucus in the throat, dry throat, sinus congestion, chronic postnasal drip, flu or pollen allergy symptoms, sinusitis, asthma). **Ears and eyes** (pain and itching in the eyes and ears, sensitivity to light, blurred vision, dark circles, tinnitus, ear inflammation). **Genitourinary system** (frequent vaginal infections, inflammation of the bladder and ureters, PMS, irregular menstruation, fungal rashes). **Immune system** (common colds and flu, allergies, food intolerances, odors and chemicals) **Other** (weight problems, water retention, headaches, heart palpitations, muscle and joint pain, Epstein-Barr virus () **Testings for Candida:** The saliva test in a glass of water, often used to diagnose candida, is not the most reliable method (the result can be affected by dehydration, allergies, various illnesses, or food we ate the day before), but it can be initial step in the investigation. Before going to bed, fill a glass with clean water and place it on the bedside table next to the bed. The next morning, as soon as we wake up, we spit into a glass of water. Do not move the glass and wait 15 minutes. Then we look (under a particular light source) at what happened to the saliva. If saliva is left on the surface and we don’t see any threads, everything is fine (even bubbles are a perfectly normal occurrence).. However, if the water has become cloudy, if we observe strands going from the surface of the saliva down towards the bottom of the glass, if the saliva sinks or descends towards the bottom, we may have problems with candida. After a glass test, however, some more reliable tests can be performed (especially if the symptoms associated with candidiasis are present). There are three ways: **Mud testing** It is considered one of the more accurate tests. It checks for the presence of the candida fungus where it is most present - in the large intestine. The test can even determine the type of fungus, and consequently allow the doctor to prescribe the appropriate medication. It is recommended that you make sure that a comprehensive test, not just a standard stool examination, is performed before performing the test. **Urine testing** The presence of waste products produced by candida fungi in the upper and small intestines is checked. Perceived elevated concentrations of the latter substances are a sign of fungal infection. **Blood test** The presence of antibodies to candida is checked. High values of the latter indicate excessive candida growth. The test is fairly reliable, but sometimes a blood test can be negative, even if the stool or urine test is positive. **Anti-candidacy program**: 1.Detoxification and deacidification of the body 2.Antiparasitic treatment 3.Probiotic treatment 4.Anticandidal natural remedies 5.Nutrition plan 6.Resolving negative subconscious programs **Anticandidal natural remedies:** Among the most common supplements that can be used for candida problems are: probiotics -oregano oil (for external use) -gourmet cat's claw -wormwood -black walnut -aloe -tea tree oil (for external use) -grapefruit pawns -basic powder Nutrition plan: The most common recommendations in an anti-candida diet are the elimination of all sugars, dried fruit, and a drastically reduced intake of fruits and carbohydrates. The emphasis is always on eating large amounts of low-starch vegetables, foods of animal origin (except milk and certain dairy products) and fats. ***Foods to be excluded from the diet during the duration of the anticandidal diet:*** **Yeast** (yeast in active form, those who are allergic to yeast as well as in inactive form) **Bread** (after a few weeks of the diet you can add a small amount of gluten-free and unleavened bread for breakfast) **Sugar** in any form including dried fruit (white, brown sugar, molasses, coconut sugar, rice malt, barley malt, agave syrup, maple syrup, etc., but you can use pure stevia or xylitol (birch sweetener) in small quantities) **Fermented foods** (miso paste, soy sauce (tamari, shoyu), tempeh, various prepared sauces, pickled vegetables, etc.) **Vinegar** (alcoholic, apple, wine, balsamic, etc.) **Mushrooms and mold on food** (different types of mushrooms (those who are not allergic to yeast may eat smaller amounts of cooked mushrooms), peanuts, pistachios and corn (due to potentially high mold contamination)) **Gluten-free cereals** (wheat, kamut, spelled, barley, rye, oats) **Some vegetables** (due to inflammatory processes, we also eliminate potatoes, peppers, tomatoes and aubergines or use them in smaller quantities) **Fruit juices** (even if freshly squeezed, due to their high sugar content) **Salt** (salt intake should be reduced and spices, ground dulse algae or a little kelp algae should be used instead of salt) **Coffee** (instead of coffee you can enjoy coffee substitutes such as chicory and lupine and herbal teas) **Foods of animal origin** (meat, meat products, milk and dairy products, eggs, fish) **Oils and processed vegetable fats** (we use them in small quantities, especially cold-pressed coconut fat, because it has an antifungal effect, and the emphasis is definitely more on whole seeds than on oils). It also happens that due to excessive intake of fats, which clog the receptors on cell membranes, sugar remains trapped in the bloodstream and insulin cannot get glucose into the cells. Too much sugar in the bloodstream is food for hungry fungi at the expense of which they multiply. **Processed foods** (various industrially prepared and processed foods). Foods that will strengthen us and help us during the anti-candida diet: **Lots of vegetables in raw and cooked form** (green leafy vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, fennel, carrots (raw), cabbage, onions, leeks, garlic, čemaž, string beans, radishes, sweet potatoes, asparagus, artichokes, sprouts, microgreens …). **Fruit in limited quantities** (up to 2 medium-sized fruits or 1 cup of berries in the morning and as a stand-alone meal / snack). **Gluten-free cereals** (quinoa, whole rice, amaranth, millet, buckwheat for breakfast and in moderation - half to 1 cup per day). **Legumes** (especially different types of lentils, chickpeas, azuki beans, edamame, small beans once a day for half to 1 cup, which must be soaked for at least 12 hours, it is even better if we germinate and then cook) **Seeds, nuts, oils** (flax or chia seeds 1-2 tablespoons per day, nuts (especially we eat walnuts due to the high content of omega 3) 10 - 15 g per day, can also be hemp, sesame or pumpkin seeds and pine nuts. we can also use cold pressed coconut oil. **Freshly squeezed vegetable juices** (combinations can be different: carrot, lemon, ginger, turmeric, chicory or cucumber, parsley, lemon, green stalk, ginger, etc. for lunch or breakfast). **Protein smoothies** (natural vegetable proteins from hardened rice, peas or hemp depending on physical activity and the need for additional protein - can be 1 to 3 scoops a day with water, vegetable juice or milk from ground almonds, which can be made at home). **Lots of liquid** (warm water, basic tea, chamomile, anise, ginger, nettle, dandelion tea, anti-candida cleansing drink (recipe below)…) **Various spices, herbs and algae:** garlic, sage, cayenne pepper, ginger, turmeric, cloves, chlorella, spirulina, wheat and barley grass, freshly squeezed juice of rye grass (obtained in frozen form and eaten every morning on an empty stomach), etc. . **Anti-candid cleansing drink:** -1.5 liters of water -2 cinnamon sticks -6 cloves -1 tablespoon anise seeds Bring 1.5 liters of water to a boil and then add cinnamon, cloves and anise. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, set aside and let stand for another 5 to 10 minutes. Strain the tea and pour it into a bottle. We drink 1 cup of tea every 3-4 hours. Elimination of candida requires a strict diet and treatment of the intestines, and above all, it is important to restore the basic acid balance in the body and strengthen the immune system, as candida can also be very stubborn. Examples of diet and anti-candida diet: **Breakfast - homemade muesli** *Ingridients:* 1 ½ cups of coconut flakes, ½ cups of nuts (macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts), 2 tablespoons chia seeds or flax seeds, 2 tablespoons sunflower or pumpkin seeds, ½ teaspoons of cinnamon, ½ teaspoons of ginger (optional), ¼ spoons of grated nutmeg (optional), pinch of salt, ½ cups of coconut or rice drink, a few drops of stevia, lemon juice, plain probiotic yogurt or kefir (optional). *Preparation:* Shake all dry ingredients in a bowl with a lid and mix well. Let the flavors mix well for a day or two. So we get three servings of homemade muesli. The muesli is then shaken into a serving bowl. Cover the rest well and save for next time. Separately mix the coconut drink and stevia. Pour over the muesli and, if desired, add a teaspoon or two of plain yoghurt or kefir. Even if we do not have problems with candida, our body will be grateful for such a breakfast. Lunch - salmon with fennel *Ingridients:* 400 g salmon, 1 teaspoon fennel seeds, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, pinch of salt pepper, coconut or olive oil, lemon slices fennel, 2 yellow peppers, 1 onion , 1 lemon. *Preparation*: Finely grind fennel seeds in a coffee grinder or grinder. Shake in a bowl, add salt, pepper and lemon zest and pour over the oil. Mix well. Spread over the salmon and rub well. Heat the pan well, add olive oil and fry the salmon on both sides*. As a side dish*, serve fried vegetables, which are prepared by cutting the vegetables and lemon into slices and frying until golden brown. Serve hot with a few slices of fresh lemon. Dessert - chocolate-coconut cubes In case we have candida, it is not necessary to give up the sweet completely. We only need to adjust the ingredients. *Ingridients:* 1 ½ cups of coconut oil. 1 cup cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional). stevia to taste. *Preparation:* Dissolve coconut oil in a bowl. Add cocoa powder and mix well. Add vanilla and stevia. Pour into an ice cube tray (or into a small baking dish and then cut them into cubes) and place in the freezer. After one hour, take out of the freezer. Allow to stand at room temperature for a few minutes before serving. Store in the freezer or refrigerator. **Tip: Top 10 foods that help us fight the stubborn candida fungus: coconut, garlic, onion, seaweed, almonds, ginger, olive oil, lemon or. lime, pumpkin seeds and cayenne pepper.** Photos are taken from google.com Thank you for reading my article. Who says all fish are healthy to eat? When you read what kind of fish it is, you will avoid it anyway, but when you find out that it is harmful on top of everything, you should even ban these fish! **Who says all fish are healthy to eat? It's not true!** A good example is **panga** or slender catfish or Bengal catfish, which has an extremely dubious reputation, and the impact of this fish on our health has been shown to be detrimental. **What is it about?** Wild panga has an extraordinary amount of vitamins D, B12, selenium, omega-3 fatty acids ... Panga is valued for its moderate fat content and high quality protein content. However, this only applies to wild panga, not to fish from farms. Today, virtually wild pang is almost impossible to obtain, but the world has been flooded with industrial pang, which was literally made in Chinese laboratories years ago. The original purpose was to genetically engineer fish to feed on toxic wastewater, bacteria and microorganisms from dead fish. The basic purpose of pang is to purify water polluted by industry and animal farms. **That's not all!** When the Chinese managed to create such a creature that literally cleanses poisoned water, they didn’t stop with laboratory experimentation. From dehydrated urine, they were able to excrete the hormone they give the pangam to grow faster and make their flesh more fluffy. With this, the pangs also gained a place on our plates, as well as all the toxins and bacteria that the unfortunate fish ingested. To make the problem even bigger, today we only get pangae in stores that are raised on farms in Cambodia, China, Laos, Thailand ... The analysis showed that such fish have practically no nutrients, but they still have a high content of industrial toxins. In Europe, most fish is traded from Vietnam's dirty and polluted Mekong River, where all industrial waste, including the faeces of a country of 90 million, ends up. And I have to draw your attention to another vicious circle ... Retailers like to sell panga because sellers are happy to buy them back. Fish that have expired or could not be sold are dried, ground, bagged and fed to new pangas. **Pangam is not accidentally called sanitary fish, but it is not known how successful these fish are in water purification.** Photos are taken from google.com. Let's dance together (Part 1) Hello my dear virtual friends. How are you? I am great.I love to listen music and dance. So, I decided that I will introduce you to various dances in the coming days.I hope you will like to reading my articles.Lets start.... Dance is the mother of all arts. Music and poetry exist in time, painting and architecture in space. Dance lives in time and space at the same time. Creator and creation, the artist and the work of art are one. Rhythmic movement patterns, plastically felt spaces, mercury the representation of the world as we see it and the movement we represent - it all creates man in dance with his own body and thus shapes his inner experience without use of material, stone or word. A man as a dancer acts most beautifully when he acts in harmony. The dance itself requires creativity, either in performing certain movements and movement structures, in connecting only these into longer sequences, choreographies, or in finding relationships to space and time, the amount of energy used, the relationship between the partners and group members. The first dance I will present to you is SAMBA. **1.SAMBA** Samba is a typical Brazilian dance that was sometimes danced at rituals that served to swear by the gods. They also danced together for several days at such ceremonies. Samba first appeared as a social dance in Europe in 1924, and only penetrated after 1948 with its simplified form.Today, there is a national dance in Brazil that is danced in many forms. Samba is a joyful, merry, playful dance where movement with the hips comes to the fore. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H47E0jfCo0g Samba is a typical carnival dance; it has a characteristic movement called “bounce”. The origin of this movement is in the pelvis, foot and knee movements. The predominant actions are especially contraction, stretching and weight transfer. The essence of the side actions after which is samba also recognizable is the trio, which signifies equality, harmony, and softness of movement. **Comparison of the path of movement of pairs of lower and higher quality groups:** *Figure 1 - Trajectory of the first group - samba* The trajectories in Figures 1 and 2 show that the samba runs in the dance direction. Comparison lower and higher quality groups show slightly different dynamics choreography. The first group runs more evenly along the circle, we can see minor complications and constant twisting. *Figure 2 - Trajectory of the second group - samba* The trajectories of the higher quality group, however, consist of straight lines and larger ones complications (Fig. 2), from which we can conclude that couples who otherwise perform comparable distance with the first group, reach higher speeds on straight lines of the trajectory, which in turn followed by elements that are executed almost in place, or without major movements. To be continued...... Video is taken from google.com. Thank you for reading my article. Much love and hugs from @Purebeauty.

Dried fruit will reduce your need for sweets and you can lose up to 10 pounds Dried fruit is a treasure trove of vitamins, minerals and energy, so it’s always good to have something in stock. The best is the classic fruit (apples, pears, plums), but also less traditional types are interesting, especially blueberries, goji berries and some more exotic fruits. Dried fruit contains a huge amount of fiber, good natural sugars and a whole bunch of micronutrients. It is especially good in winter, when there is not much fresh fruit in nature. And that’s when we usually enjoy it the most as well. When there is enough fresh fruit in nature, we prefer fresh fruit. Drying fruit is one of the oldest food preservation processes. The fruit usually loses 95% of its water, which prevents the development of microorganisms, and vitamins C, B, A and other elements (zinc, selenium, calcium, magnesium, iron) remain unchanged. The fruit is usually dried in a dark place at a temperature between 30 and 55 degrees Celsius in hot air until it gets the proper softness, color, smell and taste. If the fruit is improperly dried, it turns brown and is of inferior quality. In addition, remember that overripe fruit has more sugar, so dried fruit is also sweeter. Of course, it is best if you dry the fruit yourself ... **There is something else you need to pay attention to.** Bright orange apricots are such due to the added sulfur. Prefer to buy dark brown. Raisins are also better in the dark, but make sure that they are free of added hydrogenated vegetable oil, which prevents them from sticking, but is not healthy. Even with apples, you should pay attention to the light crumbs, which are often dipped in citric acid, or have added corn syrup, and in the cheapest version, fats of unknown origin. Even with bananas, you prefer to avoid crispy and sweet, because this mostly means that they are "fried" in the sun and in sunflower oil. **WEIGHT LOSS:** Dried fruit is a vitamin and energy bomb. In addition to improving general well-being, it regulates digestion well. I recommend soaking the fruit in a glass of water overnight, and the next morning eating the fruit, adding lemon juice to the water and drinking it. This can be a very good and nutritious breakfast. After just a few days, your digestion will improve. **Can you lose 10 pounds that way? You can. Do you know why? Because dried fruit will reduce your need for sweets.** RECIPE Fresh apricot balls: In the category of simple, nutrient-filled and quickly prepared desserts, fresh balls occupy the very top. We know a huge variety of combinations and recipes. What I like most is that you don’t even need a recipe, you just mix your favorite ingredients and a delicious dessert is here. This time I entrust you with a recipe for apricot fresh balls. I can say that these are some of my favorites. I like to sweeten with them in the morning for breakfast or during the morning snack. I also treat myself to a cup of warm lemonade with the addition of ginger and my day can begin. ***You will need:*** - Dried apricots - about 150 g, - almonds - about 50 g, - fresh cocoa - a full teaspoon, - A pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of cardamom (can be omitted if desired) - coconut flakes - for sprinkling, - a little warm water - about 0.5 dcl. Cut dried apricots into small pieces and pour a little hot water over them. Wait a few minutes for these to soak a little, then mix them well in a blender. Then add almonds, fresh cocoa and a pinch of cinnamon and cardamom. If you are not a fan of these two spices, you can easily omit them. You can place the mixture in the fridge for 20 minutes to make it easier to form balls. But you can also design them right away. You may just have a little more sticky hands (help yourself with a little cold water). Finally, roll the balls in coconut flakes and store them in a sealed container in a cool place. The balls are also a great dessert for children. And they love them. ENJOY AND BON APPETIT! Photos are taken from google.com. Thank you for reading my article. Greetings to all from @Purebeauty.

Are humans really often masochists? In the current times, when such and such a crisis is increasingly causing many mental illnesses, when people are increasingly lost in the nonsense of this society and lose touch with themselves, it is important to increasingly turn to one and only healthy alternative - work on yourself. . People are becoming increasingly aware that doctors cannot know the causes of problems if they do not delve into them. They cannot find the causes of the disease if they neglect the patient’s emotions, thoughts, experiences, stress, trauma, habits, diet, and so on. It is becoming increasingly clear that the main goal of the pharmaceutical industries is earnings and not human health. In 2013, doctors in the UK were given the green light to issue “prescriptions” for self-help books with the aim of reducing the need for pills to relieve mild psychological problems, including anxiety, anxiety, panic attacks or depression. **Most important is how disciplined and willing people are to accept this, as every book and every treatment requires effort by changing behavior and attitude, but people are too much in the comfort zone and want a quick instant solution.** Literature should be read with a single meaning and purpose, to give people back their faith in themselves, self-respect, and the power to change and grow. People have “escaped” into illness or misfortune because their lives have become too difficult. They wonder who will guide them, who will help them. **They need to realize that they are their own doctors and therapists, and that anything they experience negatively is a warning that they are improving something.** But nowadays, even in the field of self-help and self-healing, there is a mass of information that can confuse a person when deciding how and where.Every person is unique and so needs different approaches that will lead them to health. **People are often masochists** *On the other hand, people need to take advice and focus on how they will solve things on their own. They need to become initiators and workers, not just seek help from outside. They can get advice and support from the outside, but the decision and the main tool is in their hands.* **When an illness or other “evil” occurs, when things in life don’t go smoothly, it’s a compulsion to change to take** on new forms of behavior, thinking, feeling, acting, eating ... And that’s where most people burn. People are stressed and depressed because they have to change their habits. **When we are unhappy, it is time for a change in life.** *If a person smokes and has lung cancer, breathing problems or has a heart attack and still smokes ... How should he expect to improve?* If a person sits in front of the television all the time and their health is on foot and they don’t make a move out of the couch, how should they expect improvement? If a person is resentful, angry, full of worries, and gets entangled in a relationship, how should he expect improvement? The bravest are those who open their eyes and see what is going on inside them. Everyone has the freedom of choice to raise their vibration and change, not to resist growth and not to get stuck in the madness of this world. In today's times of popular "positive spirituality", it is especially important to realize that just believing that everything will be fine and being positive and imagining angels is not enough. ***Own actions and actions are the ones that really count.*** The exploitation of the planet, nature and animals gives humanity a red light. Karma is a law that cannot be escaped. We destroy others - we destroy ourselves. And so, for lack of understanding, man throws himself into the abyss. Because of unenlightened people who are destructive and push the world into disharmony, we live in a real ecological, social, political and spiritual catastrophe. Why close your eyes and push your heads into the sand like ostriches? Fear and laziness are our greatest enemies. Let us be aware of our important responsibilities and go into action - on our own. We may be disappointed in ourselves or in our loved ones, but tomorrow will be no different until we change ourselves. At this moment, every individual is important! Because he can be the one to decide where the scales will roll. *We are here to grow, to grow, to learn more about ourselves and life, and to achieve the unconditional love of the soul. Let’s take advantage of this remarkable opportunity we’ve been given on this planet and step up to a higher level of awareness where there is a much nicer view on all sides.* Thank you for reading my article. Greetings to everyone! @Purebeauty

Osteoporosis - when bones no longer regenerate Why do so many people suffer from osteoporosis today? Why is there so much calcification, why is there so much calcium that is not absorbed into the bone? **What is osteoporosis?** Osteoporosis is a very common disease in which the bones become increasingly brittle, which in turn causes them to be damaged, broken, ruptured, and so on. The most common injuries are on the vertebrae, ankles, wrists, femur, ie those bones that "hold" the body together. In severe osteoporosis, bones can be damaged by sneezing. Bones are made up of living tissues, mainly collagen - a protein that makes up a soft structure, and calcium phosphate, which gives bones hardness.Osteoporosis affects more women than men. Osteoporosis - when bones no longer regenerate The body implants new bone tissue and eliminates old ones throughout life. In childhood, the body produces much more bone tissue than in old age. At the age of thirty, bone production changes. In old age, it happens that the body removes more bone tissue than it produces. *We have two problems with osteoporosis:* 1.The patient has too weak and poor quality bone mass at a young age, so the bones immediately become depleted at an old age. 2.The process of bone depletion in old age is too fast. The bones are constantly changing, the body is constantly producing new bone tissue that replaces the old one. We call this "turnover." In youth, the body produces more bone tissue than it eliminates; until the age of 30, this constant grows. In old age, the opposite happens - the body destroys more bone tissue than it actually produces. The quality of bones depends on their shape and density, and the density itself depends on the amount of calcium, phosphorus and other synergistic minerals.Hormone levels also depend on bone density. In menopause, when estrogen levels drop, bone depletion is faster. Estrogen and progesterone levels also decrease in men. **WHO IS AT RISK?** • Menopausal women. • People with reduced bone density (it is also reduced by anorexia and constant weight loss). • If your mother has had osteoporosis, you have an increased risk of developing the disease. • Women who lose their periods prematurely. • Women who are overactive with a calorie-restricted diet, such as ballet dancers. • Women who have problems with overactive thyroid. • Women who reach menopause prematurely. • Smoking accelerates menopause. • Removal of the ovaries (usually at the same time as removal of the uterus). • People who have been treated with corticosteroids (cortisone, prednisolone) for a long time (more than six months). • The risk of developing the disease is also increased in some cancers, chronic liver disease and rheumatoid arthritis. **Facts about osteoporosis:** -With age, the chances of getting osteoporosis increase. -Thyroid hormone imbalance (hyperthyroidism) assumes that osteoclasts deplete bones, so it is worth checking bone density after each episode of hyperthyroidism. -Strong pharmacological treatments inhibit the absorption of calcium in the bone or inhibit the production of new bone tissue. -Crohn's disease, celiac disease, digestive problems, irritable bowel syndrome, gastritis, etc. inhibit calcium absorption in bone. -The human kidney type has a much higher chance of osteoporosis than the heart, liver and other types classified according to traditional Chinese medicine. **Symptoms of osteoporosis**: When osteoporosis occurs, the person hardly notices it as there is no pain and no symptoms. However, once the disease has damaged the bones, the following symptoms of osteoporosis can occur: -back pain, -lower figure, -curvature of the spine, -damage to vertebrae, bones, femurs, etc. **Mineralogram - an overview of osteoporosis:** A mineralogram, a hair test, tells us how the body absorbs minerals and toxic metals, tells us what is going on inside the cell, not outside it. Examination of blood, urine, feces, saliva tells us what is happening outside the cell, this result is influenced by the homeostasis of the body.If the mineralogram, a hair test, reveals elevated levels of lead in the cell, we must perform chelation of the latter so that calcium is properly incorporated into the bone. **Mineral cycle of synergies and antagonisms between minerals:** Calcium is a very important mineral that plays a key role in osteoporosis. The recommended doses of daily calcium intake are: -up to 1 year: 210–270 mg -up to 3 years: 500 mg -to 8 years: 800 mg -to 18 years: 1,300 mg -to 50 years: 1000 mg -51 years and older: 1200 mg Foods high in calcium are: broccoli, spinach, sesame, pumpkin, soy, tofu. It is common knowledge that vitamin D is required for calcium absorption. In osteoporosis, 2000 units of vitamin D and 2500 mg of calcium per day are recommended. However, this is far from all, as there are certain synergies and antagonisms between minerals and vitamins. Calcium itself is not incorporated into the bone or is not absorbed if it has no help, if it does not receive synergistic minerals in the body or dietary supplement, such as: magnesium, phosphorus, copper, sodium, potassium, selenium. ***Calcium antagonist minerals are: zinc, iron, manganese, lead, etc.*** ***Vitamins synergistic with calcium are: D, B6, B5, B2.*** ***Vitamins calcium antagonists: A, C.*** Even the absorption of vitamin D is not effective if we do not have synergistic minerals in the body: calcium, magnesium, sodium, selenium, copper. Calcium, which is ingested with food or taken in capsules and tablets, must also be absorbed and incorporated into the bones. A mineralogram, a hair test, is an indicator of the absorption of calcium and other minerals. It often happens that despite taking calcium, the condition of osteoporosis does not improve, calcium is not absorbed and even causes us calcifications, as its absorption is impaired. When calcium is not absorbed properly, it is abundant in the tissues (causes calcifications) and little in the bones (osteopenia or even osteoporosis). This happens because there are too few minerals in the body that are synergistic with calcium and too many of those that are antagonists to it. If we add zinc and calcium to the body together, the body will have the choice to absorb calcium or zinc, as both will not be absorbed together, as they are antagonists, so they are not synergistic minerals. *In osteoporosis, it is therefore pointless to supply only calcium. We need to make sure that we synergistically and harmoniously add all the minerals and vitamins that ensure that calcium is properly absorbed into the body.* Photos are taken from google.com. Adrenal insufficiency - Addison's disease Your health is a process that has no end. On the one hand, there is optimal health, and on the other hand, there is chronic disease. The health of your adrenal glands also works on a similar principle. It can work great, but you can also deal with Addison's disease, which is characterized by impaired adrenal function. We point out that these are two extremes, and most people are somewhere in between. In order to be diagnosed with Addison's disease, the function of the adrenal gland must be severely impaired (at least 90% of the adrenal cortex is damaged), but you can also have problems with these glands without this diagnosis. Everything that lies between optimal adrenal health and Addison's disease is considered adrenal fatigue / burnout, which involves various adrenal dysfunction due to excessive stress. Addison's disease or primary failure of the adrenal cortex was first described in the middle of the 19th century by the English physician Thomas Addison. "Despite the fact that it is actually more than 150 years since its discovery, recognizing the disease is still causing great problems for doctors today. Statistics show that each patient with Addison's disease visits an average of three doctors before making a proper diagnosis. Sometimes many tests are needed before a diagnosis of Addison’s disease is confirmed. -Already *a clinical examination* can show possible signs of brown discoloration (hyperpigmentation) of the skin, which is most common in sun-exposed areas, elbows, knees, nipples, joints, palm lines are also dark, brown spots appear in the mouth). -*Biochemical and blood tests* show possible anemia, low sodium, high potassium. -*Determination of basal cortisol.* If cortisol is very low in the morning or does not rise despite stressful events, sometimes this is enough to make a diagnosis. -*A rapid ACTH test* means that the patient receives a small dose of adrenocorticotropic hormone, which stimulates adrenal function. If the cortisol level does not rise adequately within half an hour, this is a sign of adrenal insufficiency. Such a test is in most cases sufficient for diagnosis. -*The adrenal glands are imaged by computed tomography* - CT (they are too small for ultrasound imaging and hidden in a fat capsule). If they are reduced (atrophic), it is a sign of autoimmune disease, and if they are not, they are looking for possible other causes of failure. What significance do the adrenal glands have for the human body? The adrenal glands are small organs that lie above the kidneys in the abdomen and form and secrete vital hormones into the bloodstream. They consist of a crust and a core. The most important cortical hormones are cortisol and aldosterone. Cortisol has many important functions, including stress hormone, it is involved in the regulation of the immune response, healing, metabolism of fats, proteins and carbohydrates, regulation of blood sugar. Aldosterone regulates the volume of body fluids, the concentration of sodium and potassium in the blood, the acid-base balance. The core secretes adrenaline and noradrenaline. Adrenaline is a stress hormone that significantly affects many functions in the body, e.g. heart rate and heart rate, blood vessel tone, blood pressure, blood sugar formation, bronchodilation. Completely absent function of the adrenal glands is fatal, without properly functioning adrenal glands we cannot live. **The role of adrenal gland:** The primary role of the adrenal gland is the production and regulation of the stress hormone cortisol. The adrenal glands also produce the sex hormones estrogen and progesterone, both of which are responsible for the production of the neurotransmitters adrenaline, noradrenaline and dopamine. These hormones and neurotransmitters regulate your metabolism and take care of communication with other organs such as the brain, kidneys and reproductive system. Chronic stress can weaken the functioning of our adrenal glands, causing less of the aforementioned hormones to be released. **What causes stress?** -Lack of sleep -Poor eating habits (eating large amounts of processed fast food) -Consumption of various stimulants (caffeine, sugar) -A strenuous work rhythm -Various emotional upheavals (unhealthy interpersonal relationships, death of a loved one) -Excessive exercise (training without the necessary rest) -Lack of fun and relaxation. We live in a very stressful world. We work too much, sleep too little, sometimes only large amounts of coffee keep us upright, we reach for foods rich in sugar due to fatigue - all these unhealthy habits affect our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual spheres. Our body responds to stress with a so-called "fight or flight" response, providing us with enough energy to survive. The main stress hormone in our body is cortisol. Its job is to supply our body with the energy it needs in a stressful situation. Constantly elevated cortisol levels can lead to insulin resistance, weakened immune systems, and muscle breakdown. What are the symptoms of impaired adrenal function? If it is a disease of insufficient functioning of the adrenal glands themselves (actually the cortex), we speak in medicine of Addison's disease. The disease is rare and in the developed world most often of autoimmune origin, ie the result of impaired functioning of the immune system. It is manifested by excessive fatigue, decreased appetite, weight loss, dark spots on the skin and mucous membranes, nausea, abdominal pain, depression, and in women it can also be caused by sexual disorders. In recent years, there has been a lot of discussion about adrenal fatigue, which is not a medically recognized condition. Proponents associate it with a number of nonspecific and diverse symptoms that are thought to be due to inadequate cortisol concentrations, but they cannot be explained by established hormonal tests. Some drugs offered to treat adrenal fatigue / exhaustion have been shown to be potentially or overtly harmful and dangerous. If the level of hormones is very low or if the body's needs increase, for example with infection or injury, there may be an acute exacerbation of Addison's disease or t.i. Addison crisis. It is characterized by vomiting and dehydration, abdominal pain, and confusion. if not recognized and treated properly, blood pressure drops and shock develops. The condition can escalate into coma or even death. **Glucocorticoids increase the risk:** Much more common than Addison's disease is a decrease in adrenal function that occurs indirectly (secondary adrenal insufficiency) due to a damaged pituitary gland. This adrenal superior gland stimulates their function by adenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH). In the absence of this stimulus, the production of adrenal hormones is also insufficient. This can happen due to a tumor, pituitary surgery, after radiation, bleeding, stroke and especially due to glucocorticoid treatment, which stops the production of its own hormones. How is adrenal gland treatment treated? In case of insufficient adrenal gland function, the missing hormones are replaced in the form of tablets, in urgent cases also in the form of injections. What can we do ourselves to make the adrenal gland work well? The best way to deal with this problem is to reduce the stress in your life. Think about all the daily stressors and take health into your own hands. It is important to organize your life and establish some order in it. -Go to bed at the same time every night (preferably before 10 a.m.) and get 8 hours of quality sleep. -Learn to say no. -Take time every day for things that relax you (bath, walk, yoga, meditation, massage). -Don’t overdo it with exercise. -Learn to listen to your body. -Eat enough protein. -Avoid alcohol, sugar, gluten, and milk and dairy products. -After consultation with a specialist, you can enjoy the B complex in the form of a dietary supplement. -All B-complex vitamins are very important for the smooth functioning of processes in the adrenal glands. In addition to this supplement, we also recommend magnesium, vitamin C and omega 3 fatty acids. Thanks to advances in therapy, people with Addison's disease can enjoy better health and an almost normal life expectancy. Photos are taken from google.com. Thank you for reading my article. Find out if you had or have Imposter syndrome? ***Imposter syndrome is also known*** as fraudster syndrome. In this case, the individual is convinced that his usually higher education, academic achievements and achievements are not worth much and that in reality he is not as competent as others perceive him to be.It is a common experience that happens especially to the intelligent, talented and successful. **Imposter's syndrome**, which is an internal belief or. perception of oneself as a fraud. Such an individual feels as if they will be exposed at any moment and realize that he is not really as capable and successful as he seems at first glance. The syndrome can affect anyone, regardless of their social status, field of work, level of qualification or level of expertise. **Characteristics of the phenomenon of ‘fraudster’** It is characterized by an individual who has strong self-doubts and is unable to make a realistic assessment of his or her qualifications, knowledge and experience. He often attributes his success to luck, coincidence, or external factors, often belittling and minimizing his performance. Many times he is afraid that he will not meet the expectations of others, so he may begin to sabotage his own accomplishments. In many cases, imposter syndrome is also associated with perfectionism and fear of failure, often accompanied by anxiety, stress, and depression. Triggers for the syndrome can be passing an exam, receiving a prize, promotion, obtaining a title ... **As many as 70 percent of people experience the imposter syndrome at least once in their lives. The easiest way to recognize it in yourself is to ask yourself the following questions:** *Are you a perfectionist in your work? Do you attribute your success to luck or external factors? Are you very sensitive to constructive criticism? Do you think they will expose you as a fake expert? Do you also underestimate your knowledge in areas where you are really more qualified than others?* It is a common experience that happens especially to the intelligent, talented and successful. The syndrome is more prevalent in women. The feelings that accompany Imposter’s syndrome have also been talked about by a number of celebrities such as Albert Einstein, Emma Watson, David Tennant, Michelle Obama and many others. **CAUSES:** Imposter syndrome is greatly influenced by the earliest experiences with parents and significant others. One option is to grow up in a family that greatly valued academic and other accomplishments. The syndrome is also said to be contributed by ambivalent parents who, on the one hand, do not skimp on criticism and, on the other hand, praise it, which causes confusion in the child. The syndrome can also trigger an entry into a new chapter of life or a new role, such as a new job or study at a university, where many people feel that they do not belong there, that they are not capable… Imposter's syndrome can in some cases overlap with social anxiety. **TYPES OF SYNDROME:** **→ Perfectionist**. Perfectionists are never happy with their work and always think it could be even better. Instead of focusing on their strengths, they tend to make shortcomings or mistakes, which often leads to self-pressure and anxious feelings. **→ Superhero.** Because they feel inadequate and incompetent, they feel compelled to try their best. In doing so, they often go over themselves. **→ Expert**. These individuals are always trying to know and know as much as possible, so they are never satisfied with their level of knowledge and understanding. Although they are highly qualified, they underestimate their own knowledge. **→ Natural genius.** These individuals set excessively high goals and feel completely on the ground when they fail to achieve them on the first try. **→ Soloists.** These people are usually big individualists and prefer to work alone. They often draw a sense of self-worth from productivity and therefore refuse help. They understand the need for help as a sign of weakness and incompetence. Imposter syndrome can stifle our potential for growth and development by preventing us from looking for new opportunities in the workplace, in relationships or hobbies. In dealing with the syndrome, it is crucial to determine what our core beliefs are about ourselves, whether we feel we are worthy of love, and whether we crave the confirmation of others. If we want to move forward, then some deep-rooted beliefs need to be addressed. This, however, can be quite difficult, especially if we are not aware of them. ***What to do?*** First and foremost, it’s important to share your feelings with those we trust. Namely, irrational beliefs become stronger if we do not put them into words and talk about them with others. It is also important to realistically assess our abilities; we write down our achievements and skills and evaluate what we are good at. *Trapped between the desire to flourish and the fear of failure can be very painful and crippling. All of this can also include very specific fears, such as fear of failure, responsibility, mistakes, uncertainty, or even a change of identity. It is important to learn to accept discomfort and imperfections, because only in this way can we overcome the fear that prevents us from succeeding.* The key is not to fight our feelings, but to accept them. Only when we acknowledge them can we begin to reveal the fundamental beliefs that hinder us. Overcoming the syndrome thus involves changing one’s mindset regarding abilities. Botox - Yes or No? If a woman is not made up, with a tidy hairstyle, elegantly dressed, slender and without wrinkles on her face, she is simply not attractive to a man, there are frequent clichés, which fortunately are also challenged by men.Namely, men focus their attention on parts of the body to which ladies may not attach much special value or significance, and they are often attracted to even small but charming shortcomings, such as laughing wrinkles as men love to watch them at their darling, wrinkles around the eyes give a woman a special maturity and appearance of happiness, they believe. Men and women rarely talk about it, but they invest in their appearance almost both sexes equally. This trend was first started by actors-actresses, and later joined by athletes-athletes, politicians and businessmen. The number of men opting for certain aesthetic procedures is increasing day by day so that they feel good in their own skin. **Botox is definitely the one that helps them with this.** **When it comes to any aesthetic interventions, we humans often have misconceptions.** ***WHAT IS BOTOX AND HOW DOES IT WORK?*** Facial rejuvenation with botulinum toxin (“botox”) is today the most common procedure in plastic surgery. With Botox, we can very effectively refresh and rejuvenate the upper third of the face and consequently the entire face in a minimally invasive way. The contraction of the muscles in the face forms wrinkles. Wrinkles can be dynamic (these are visible only when using facial expressions, and are to some extent also desirable) or static, which means that they are already present at rest. Botox prevents the release of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine in neuromuscular contact. Thus, the muscle cannot contract and is temporarily weakened. ***FOR WHICH PARTS OF THE FACE IS BOTOX MOST COMMONLY USED?*** Botox is most often used to correct dynamic wrinkles between the eyebrows ("eleven"), wrinkles around the eyes ("rabbit paws") and horizontal wrinkles on the forehead. Botox injection has a short-term effect, t. j. reduction of wrinkles (and consequently a fresh, rested appearance), as well as a long-term effect, as regular injections prevent the wrinkles from deepening.Botox can also be used to correct a smile when the upper gum is visible when smiling (i.e. gummy smile), or to correct small wrinkles above the upper lip (in this case, Botox is combined with dermal fillers). Botox can also correct vertical wrinkles on the neck (i.e. platysmal bands), which are the result of excessive contraction of the neck muscle (platysma), as well as other muscles on the face. Botox can also be used to reduce excessive sweating (expertly hyperhidrosis) in both the palms and armpits. Heavy sweating can cause psychosocial distress and avoid socializing. By making several small injections of Botox into the palm or armpit area, we reduce the function of the sweat glands, which are responsible for secreting sweat. In medicine, Botox is also used in neurology (treatment of spasticity in children and adults and certain types of headaches), in proctology, urology… ***IS BOTOX REALLY "POISON"?*** Botulinum toxin is a neurotoxin produced by the bacterium Clostridium Botulinum. Poisoning with this type of bacterium can cause botulism, a condition that causes paralysis of certain muscle groups. Botulism is an extremely rare poisoning. This type of bacterium produces eight types of toxins, type A is pharmacologically processed and registered for use in aesthetic medicine.*The word "poison" and the consequent fear when using Botox is completely unnecessary.* ***WHAT ARE ITS EFFECTS,WHEN DO THEY STAR TO BE KNOWN AND HOW LONG DOES THE EFFECT LAST?*** Botox begins to work 4-7 days after injection. The effect is gradual, but is full within 10-14 days. The effect of Botox lasts 4-6 months and also subsides gradually. This depends on the use of facial expressions: first, the effect of Botox is reduced in places where facial expressions are most often used (usually around the eyes). When the effect completely subsides, the condition is the same as before the injection, no worse. ***HOW LONG DOES SUCH AN OPERATION LAST? IS IT PAINFUL?*** The procedure is performed in an outpatient clinic and lasts up to 30 minutes. Pre-clean the face with saline, mark the injection points and inject Botox in standard amounts. Use the finest needle to make the injection virtually painless. Most often, Botox corrects wrinkles between the eyebrows ("eleven"), wrinkles around the eyes ("rabbit paws") and horizontal wrinkles in the forehead. Botox injections are chosen by women who want a more relaxed, fresh, youthful appearance, while still wanting to look natural. Botox is very effective in rejuvenating the upper part of the face. The best time to start the injection is very individual. Women opt for it when wrinkles on their face start to bother them. They also often complain that acquaintances ask them why they are in a bad mood or tired, even though they are not.On average, women opt for Botox after the age of 30. Most women continue to inject Botox on a regular basis and also say that injecting Botox is a routine concern for themselves - just like visiting a beautician, hairdresser or masseur.Botox injections are often combined with dermal filler injections. With a combination of both, we can achieve an even more youthful look and an aesthetically consistent face. The effects of Botox and the effects of tissue fillers are completely different, and many people do not distinguish between the action of these substances. Botox smoothes dynamic wrinkles caused by the use of mimic muscles (laughing, frowning ...). Tissue fillers restore lost facial volume and / or fill deep wrinkles, which do not depend so much on muscle function, but more on sagging and aging of the face. Does Botox affect more women or men? Maybe the share is the same? Botox is definitely used by more women than men. However, interest is also increasing among men. Men also like to feel good in their skin and like to look youthful and relaxed! This can raise their self-esteem, which - as with other aesthetic procedures - is linked to success in life. With knowledge of facial anatomy, knowledge and experience, we can also achieve a natural but more youthful appearance of the upper third of the face in men by injecting Botox. Where is the line between a healthy acceptance of aging and a desire for eternal youth? The line between a reasonable acceptance of aging and the desire for eternal youth is very individually conditioned. The way we age is influenced by many factors: genetic predispositions, lifestyle, diet, sun exposure, smoking, stress, etc. - and we cannot influence everything. We also cannot stop the aging process.**Aesthetic procedures can rejuvenate the face for 10-15 years, but aging continues, not only on the face, but also on other parts of the body.** *Aesthetic interventions do not turn ladies into their thirties, but help them in a way to mitigate the irregularities or consequences of aging, which burden them to be satisfied with their appearance and with themselves again.* Photos are taken from google.com. My three favorite recipes - warm up with a delicious - hot drink Most likely no one likes to get a cold, so you need to help yourself a little differently in the cold months. We can squeeze to the radiator (or to someone more lively and less static, if we have one, of course); it is even better if we can get rid of the cold by curling up in a comfortable armchair and enjoying the warmth of a lively fire in a romantic fireplace. But there is also a way that we can all afford, regardless of whether we have a partner and / or a fireplace ... These are **hot drinks** that are easy to prepare yourself. And another advantage is heating with hot drinks: we heat from the inside, which is much faster and more efficient, **1.TURMERIC LATTE** All you need is: -350 ml of almond milk or by choice 🌿 ¼ teaspoons turmeric powder 🌿 ¼ teaspoons ground cinnamon 🌿 ¼ teaspoons of ginger powder 🌿 ½ teaspoons of vanilla extract 🍯 1 tablespoon honey 🌿 A pinch of mixed pepper Heat all the ingredients and a healthy turmeric latte is ready! **2.WHITE CHOCOLATE DRINK** *INGREDIENTS* 🥛 4 cups milk (cow's or vegetable) ❄️ 1 cup chopped white chocolate 🌿 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🥣 pinch of salt (optional) *PROCESS* 1️⃣ Put all the ingredients in a bowl. 2️⃣ Stir constantly over medium-low heat until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth (do not cook). 3️⃣ Serve immediately! **3.PUMPKIN LATTE WITH COFFEE - FOR A SWEET AWAKENING** INGREDIENTS • 2 cups of milk (cow's or vegetable, eg almond) • 2 tablespoons homemade pumpkin puree (cooked zmiiksana pumpkin) • 1 to 3 tablespoons of sugar, if desired • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract • 1/2 teaspoon of spices • 1/2 cup hot coffee • whipped cream, for serving *PROCESS*: 1. Thyme - the most powerful natural remedy The herb easily crosses with other species, so we know hundreds of varieties of thyme. We live in a time when we are burdened at every turn. There are all sorts of diseases that we didn't know about before, at least not to the same extent. The history of herbal medicine goes back a long way. Therefore, it is nothing new that modern science also pays a lot of attention to plants, as they have the advantage that they are not harmful even with prolonged use, and the real healing effect is observed with long-term use.Already Hippocrates wrote about it in his writings, the Egyptians used it in embalming, and his homeland is the Mediterranean. Research has shown that the main healing properties of garden thyme are related to flavonoids and essential oils, thymol and carvacrol. It soothes coughs and relieves smooth muscle spasms by the mechanism of calcium channel blockade, and also relieves coughing. Thyme tea eliminates water from the body and helps with catarrh of the stomach and intestines. Tea is prepared as an infusion of 1 to 4 grams of the drug 3 times a day.Thyme is also used in cosmetics and natural cosmetics. It is often found in cosmetics such as: deodorant, cream, toothpaste and tonic. It inhibits rot, cures skin diseases and eliminates acne.In folk medicine, it is used against dyspepsia (digestive disorders), chronic gastritis, asthma, children's diarrhea, enuresis (involuntary urination) in children, sore throat, tonsillitis, and against whooping cough and bronchitis. **About thyme** *Thymus serpyllum or thyme* is a common name for many self-grown forms of thyme. Thymus vulgaris L is used for garden thyme. Botanists are still not united and do not equate the terms thyme and thyme. The shrub grows up to 50 cm high and has woody, lying or upright hairy stems. The leaves are small, narrow, hairy and gray-green and curled at the edges. The flowers are small, stalked and pink. Thyme has an aromatic, slightly lemon-like smell and a bitter taste. **Growing in the home garden** It is not difficult to grow medicinal plants in a small home garden. Like other plants, medicinal plants adapt to the environment in which they grow, but each of them still has some special requirements. A creeping plant such as thyme or. thyme, can be planted among the stones in the garden and there also form the center of the garden. The same plant stays in the same place for 3 to 4 years, so we must pay attention to soil preparation. The soil should be clayey and sandy, sufficiently supplied with humus and lime. It thrives best in warm and sunny locations that are leeward. Thyme is planted in rows, in spring or autumn, the rows should be 40 cm apart. It is not sensitive to pests, we only need to water it when it is dry and hoe it if there are too many weeds. **Picking thyme** The entire flowering plant can be pruned from mid-May to mid-September, preferably in June at a height of 5 cm above the ground to avoid the woody part of the stems. In the first year we cut it only once, but later we can cut it twice. We only collect flowers without roots. **Drying** Dry thyme in a dry place or in an herb dryer. The temperature should not exceed 40 degrees, because otherwise we will reduce the amount of essential oil. If we dry it in the room, we must be careful not to touch it with our hands and therefore use wooden sticks. Dried thyme contains from 0.7 to 3% of an essential oil composed of thymol, carvacrol, borneol, linalool and also contains tannins, glycosides, resins and organic acids. **Medicinal properties of thyme** Thyme tea dissolves mucus in the stomach and lungs and has immediate disinfectant power. It is recommended for all respiratory infections, asthma, whooping cough, pneumonia, diseases of the stomach and intestines, intestinal cramps, kidney cramps. Thyme is an incredibly powerful and easy herb that is also used in detoxification. What’s more, the plant is a great booster of the immune system as it stimulates the production of white blood cells while increasing resistance to foreign bodies attacking the body. Cold winter is coming and thyme tea will help us strengthen our resilience. **Thyme in cooking** Thyme is used for culinary purposes as a spice for venison, liver, liver pate, fillings for poultry, poultry, legume dishes, tomatoes, green peppers. We can use fresh chopped leaves or dry ones. **Use of thyme or thyme:** - -for skin: dilute 1 drop with coconut butter for problem skin -pain relief: mix 3 drops of thyme oil with two teaspoons of sesame oil -fatigue: 2 drops in a water bath -mouthwash: 1 drop per cup of water -Inhalation: For inhalation, mix 0.25 g of thyme oil with half a liter of boiling water. We inhale the vapors deeply as they bring relief to respiratory ailments. **Relief of other conditions:** -nail fungus -parasites -muscle pain -chronic fatigue -hair loss -Depression -fatigue -headache -insomnia -snoring -skin problems -kidney problems -anxiety -stress **Thyme tea** A teaspoon of thyme tea is steamed with a cup of dill and left to stand for about 4 minutes. If we use a fresh plant, we give only half a teaspoon. It is recommended to drink up to 3 cups a day. Recent studies in rats have shown that thyme extract significantly reduces heart rate in rats with high blood pressure and helps lower blood cholesterol levels. *Tea mixture against cough and fever:* A teaspoon of dried garden thyme, a teaspoon of dried mallow root and a teaspoon of anise are crushed in a mortar and poured with a cup of boiling water. Wait 10 minutes, then strain the water. We drink tea in small sips and stay in bed after it. If desired, you can add ginger, which will also open your stuffy nose. We drink up to 3 cups of tea a day. **Thyme oil** Use during pregnancy is not recommended, even if you have high blood pressure. Always test the oil on your feet before use. Excessive use causes sensitization, which means that the body recognizes a substance as foreign and develops defensive lymphocytes against it, so it irritates the skin the next time it is encountered. We do not apply it to the eyes, nose and ears. Not all oils are the same, as they are of different concentrations, so follow the instructions for use that come with the oil. Usually 1 to 3 drops are added to the application. It is used to relieve various symptoms. It is most used in respiratory infections, as it melts mucus and soothes coughs. Disinfects. It puts you to sleep and calms you down (helps with anxiety and insomnia). It speeds up digestion and eliminates winds. Relieves stomach and intestinal problems. It helps with kidney and bladder diseases. It helps with menstrual problems. It helps in treating pneumonia. Strengthens resilience. Helps with fungus and skin problems (cleanses acne prone skin). **Make yourself an essential oil:** Thyme essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of fresh or partially dried thyme leaves and flowers. Distillation produces a red colored oil that has a strong, slightly spicy odor. Additional distillation produces a pale yellow oil, and its chemical composition depends on the type of thyme. *You need:* -½ cups of fresh thyme - 0.03l of olive oil spice grinder -glass container -a pan with a long handle *Preparation:* Wash the herbs and dry them, preferably in the sun. Grind them as much as possible in a mortar, place them in a pan and pour olive oil over them. Cook in medium-high oil for at least 5 minutes until bubbles form on the surface. Then allow the mixture to cool and pour into a glass container and store in a cool place. Photos are taken from google.com. Thank you for reading my article. STAY HEALTHY! @Purebeauty

Natural methods of cooling at elevated body temperature More sensitive or under-dressed people can catch a variety of colds, usually accompanied by fever. At such moments, we like to take body temperature meters - thermometers - out of drawers. Body temperature is body heat measured in degrees Celsius (° C). It tells us what the difference is between production and loss of body heat. Body temperature is determined by the thermoregulatory center in the hypothalamus, the central nervous system. Here come notifications of receptors located all over the body that communicate information about core and body surface temperature. Based on this information, the hypothalamus decides to produce or emit body heat to achieve a balanced body temperature. It maintains a constant, set body temperature, similar to a thermostat in technical terms. When we have a fever, clothes made of natural materials that are airy and absorb moisture well are recommended. The temperature of the living space should be between 20 and 22 degrees Celsius. We can cover ourselves with a light cotton blanket to more easily release excess heat to the surroundings. When we have a fever, we need more fluid due to metabolic changes and sweating. Dehydration of the body additionally raises the body temperature, so we must drink as much fluid as possible at an elevated body temperature. It is not necessary to heat the drinks, as the drink warmed up to room temperature is more pleasant. We can drink anything, even plain water. Some recommend natural remedies for this purpose, e.g. beetroot juice, linden tea, jasmine fruit juice and the like, which have long been known in folk medicine. **At an elevated body temperature, we can also use natural cooling methods:** ***1.Lukewarm covers*** We wrap ourselves in a sheet that we previously soaked in lukewarm water and drain. Cover the “cover” with a dry sheet and wait a few minutes. The process can be repeated 2 to 3 times and then wiped well and dressed. ***2.Lukewarm baths*** Climb naked into a tub filled with water heated to a temperature of 36 to 37 degrees Celsius, then gradually cool it by adding cold water until a temperature of between 29 and 34 degrees Celsius is reached. After a few minutes, get out of the tub, wipe well and put on fresh laundry. ***3.Wiping the body with lukewarm water*** The water should be between 29 and 32 degrees Celsius. Gradually wipe the body with a damp cloth or sponge. Compresses on the forehead and legs can be left. The process can be repeated several times, then wiped well and dressed. We should never use too cold water, as there is a big difference between water temperature and body temperature stress for the body, in addition, on the surface of the skin veins constrict, which worsens the emission of excess heat and thus cooling. **We must be aware that the reduction of heat after such cooling is fast, but only short-lived, so we must combine it with antipyretics.** Photos are taken from google.com. If you notice these symptoms, see a doctor immediately! Hello my dear virtual friends. How are you? I am great.I hope we will have beautiful sunny day because I wish to go walking in nature.First,I will write article. So,lets start.... **Multiple sclerosis (MS)** is a chronic autoimmune disease that affects the central nervous system. The disease itself involves the deterioration of the nerve fiber sheath, and the cause of the disease is still unknown. The disease itself is usually incurable, and patients have access to medications to slow the disease and alleviate the problems that accompany multiple sclerosis. The condition may improve slightly after the onset of the disease, but it is never the same as it was before the onset of the disease. It often causes patients with a gradual disability or increasingly difficult movement, so patients often depend on the help of relatives to perform basic life tasks. According to the American Multiple Sclerosis Society, more than 2 million people worldwide suffer from the disease. The symptoms of this disease may first appear as early as the age of twenty, disappear in the meantime, and recur.Women are 2 to 3 times more likely to get sick. **The most common signs:** ***1.Dizziness*** Due to high temperatures or great physical exertion, we all feel dizzy from time to time. The latter can also be an indicator of multiple sclerosis, especially if it occurs suddenly, with high intensity, and dizziness is accompanied by nausea and vomiting. Of course, dizziness can also be a symptom of other health problems, such as low blood sugar or low blood pressure, but if this happens to us more often, it makes sense to visit a doctor. ***2.Chronic fatigue*** Fatigue, which lasts for weeks and hinders the performance of even the simplest tasks, is certainly a sign of concern and a reason to visit a doctor. ***3.Deterioration of vision*** In case we notice unusual changes in vision, there is talk of blurred vision or even loss of vision during normal tasks, and in addition, this symptom appears in only one eye, it may be time to see a doctor. ***4.Numbness of the limbs and ants*** Since multiple sclerosis attacks the central nervous system, it is logical that it will also affect the nerves, which can cause numbness or tingling in the limbs. The latter, like all other symptoms, can appear suddenly when lying still on the couch. ***5.Cognitive and emotional problems*** Because the nervous system is the center of our cognitive and emotional functions, multiple sclerosis can cause problems in its functioning. About 60% of patients complain of problems with multitasking, concentration or attention, as well as problems with memory. Depression, nervousness, sudden mood swings or ‘emotional outbursts’, uncontrolled and unprovoked crying or, on the other hand, laughing can occur in the emotional realm. ***6.Muscle pain*** Half of people suffering from multiple sclerosis live with daily pain, often accompanied by uncontrolled movements or weakness. The legs are most often the first part of the body affected by this disease, followed by the back. **Multiple sclerosis is very difficult to detect, as these symptoms can also be signs of other diseases. If you have any problems, it always makes sense to visit a doctor in any case!** Photos are taken from google.com. Thank you for reading my article. Greetings! @Purebeauty

What is your character? Some people are happy in larger groups of people, others like a limited circle. But all people want to have at least one friend we can always rely on, no matter what, which is also the most important thing. **Your ‘team’ is you and your best friend** There is absolutely nothing wrong if you only have one friend or you like a very limited circle of people. As already mentioned, more important than the number of friends is that we have people who respect us and whom we can trust. People who like a small circle of people around them value their privacy very much, they don’t care what others think. They are considered not the most open people, but they are certainly extremely protective and trusting people. Trust comes first for them. They are not worried about popularity or liking others, all that matters to them is that they have real friends. **A group of three friends** This ‘team’ can be a bit awkward because it seems like one person can always be left out. Such a team suggests that you are a person who loves fun and challenges. In such a group of friends, there can be a wide variety of characters that complement each other perfectly. You know how to adapt perfectly, you are mature and responsible, but there can often be quarrels and jealous outbursts. The group of three friends is still small, so she also has a high level of trust. **You have several groups of friends** There are also people who can’t just be in one group of people, but have several different groups of friends with whom they get along just as well. So we can have a team of friends in class, at trainings, in the neighborhood ... This is supposed to tell you that you are a person who easily adapts to new situations and is full of understanding. In addition, society is very important in your life and you are the person who is usually the center of attention.People who have multiple groups of friends are often said to fear loneliness. **A team that includes girls and boys** If your team is not just girls or just boys, but both sexes, this indicates that you are a very relaxed person. You know how to adapt to different situations, you like to step out of your comfort zone and it is not difficult for you to make compromises. It’s very hard to get angry and you’re not a conflicted person in general. In larger groups of friends, 'dating' is typical - it's either friendships or sympathies. Photos are taken from google.com. Oregano oil and oregano tea - benefits Hello my dear virtual friends. How are you? Are you already getting ready for the longest night in year 2020? My dear friend @lagrapefruit wish that I write article about oregano. And dear your wish come true on this special giving day. So,lets start..... Oregano, Origanum vulgare, is a well-known spice, which is not only a spice that is well understood with tomatoes..The healing properties of oregano have long been recognized, so this superspice is also used for medicinal purposes. **An explosion of power in tiny green leaves** Herbs usually lose their aroma and some beneficial effects when dried, but this is by no means true of oregano, which smells even stronger when dried and retains its beneficial effects. **Oregano has 42 times more antioxidants than an apple.** Oregano contains antioxidants, fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, many vitamins: A, C, E, K and an abundance of minerals: iron, manganese, zinc, magnesium, calcium, potassium, copper. It also contains active ingredients that have an anti-inflammatory effect. **A natural antibiotic** Research has shown that oregano has many antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral and antioxidant properties, which is why it is also used for medicinal purposes. It is a natural antibiotic, a expectorant, for dilating the bronchi, and it is also useful against cramps. It also shows its effectiveness in sinusitis, especially in chronic sore throats, nonspecific ear infections, colds, viruses, flu and long-term nasal problems, as well as in bladder inflammation. Oregano, like basil and rosemary, contains rosemary acid, which is characterized by an anti-inflammatory effect, making it an effective treatment in the case of allergic asthma. This powerful antioxidant helps prevent cell damage caused by free radicals, thus reducing the risk of cancer, heart disease, atherosclerosis and premature aging. The fact that it is one of the strongest natural antioxidants is confirmed by the fact that it has 42 times more antioxidants than an apple. **OREGANO OIL:** Oregano is also rich in antibacterial properties, including thymol and carvacrol oils. Research has shown that the compound of these two oils stops the growth of many types of bacteria. If you use oregano for skin diseases or infections, a few drops of oregano oil should be mixed with other oils, such as olive oil or coconut oil, and applied to the infected area. Oregano oil mixed with olive oil can be rubbed on the parts of the body that hurt us due to muscle inflammation or sore joints. Oregano can be used in fresh or dried leaves, or it can be drunk as a tea to help with bronchitis, colds or sore throats, and it can also be drunk for intestinal pain.Natural oregano essential oil works great in relieving pain. Oregano essential oil is highly valued and is also used in aromatherapy. Oregano essential oil is obtained by water distillation, the oil is light yellow in color, and is used only for external use, for massage in rheumatic pains, muscle aches, headaches, inflammatory processes and for relaxation. It is also used as an herbal bath for skin diseases, neuroses, for inhalation for colds, nasal congestion and bronchitis. Oregano is used to make an ointment for rheumatists, which is in great demand, as well as for various headaches and migraines. Fresh juice of the plant cures ear problems. Oregano should not be used by pregnant women, even in the form of massage oils. **OREGANO TEA:** Tea can be made from dried or dried oregano leaves. For a cup of oregano tea we need: -1-2 teaspoons of oregano leaves, -2.5-3 dcl of water. Preparation: Pour boiling water over the oregano leaves, stir and cover. Let stand 3-4 minutes, then strain. Slightly chilled tea is sweetened with honey. **The beneficial effects of oregano tea** are many. In addition to helping to strengthen the immune system, such tea also gives us energy and protects us from developing diabetes. It affects our bones as it strengthens them. It helps to detoxify the body and takes care of a healthy heart.Due to the antioxidants and some other active ingredients in oregano, it also works against some forms of cancer, especially against colon cancer. However, this risk of breast cancer in women and prostate cancer in men also reduces the risk. It also protects against leukemia.Oregano tea is more than welcome even during colds, because in addition to improving the immune system, it also helps relieve the symptoms of colds and flu and relieves coughing. In case of asthma problems, inhalations of oregano tea work great, as the steam will clean the nasal passages and sinuses. Due to the active ingredients contained in oregano, drinking tea is recommended for the treatment and relief of all types of upper respiratory diseases. It also promotes sweating.Tea acts as a natural analgesic and thus successfully helps to overcome a variety of pains: headaches, low back pain and the like, as it acts on the nervous system by calming it and thus helps against headaches, including migraines, low back pain… Oregano is certainly considered an effective natural analgesic. **Let oregano not just be a spice, but let it become part of your home herbal pharmacy.** Photos are taken from google.com. Nothing will be the way it used to be, is our new mantra If in the March days of quarantine due to the spread of the new coronavirus we still hoped that our lives would soon return to the old rails, we had to give up that hope after almost seven months since we faced the looming disease. Nothing will be the way it used to be, is our new mantra. This may sound pessimistic at first glance, but it is not necessarily so. We humans are resourceful creatures and - judging by Darwin - we survive, but only if we adapt. **1.THE NEW REALITY DEMANDS RESPONSIBLE ACTIONS, TO ITSELF AND OTHERS** **2.DIGITALIZATION WAS COVERED WITH "A LARGE SPOON"** **3.I BECAME EVEN MORE CREATIVE IN SEARCH OF NEW SOLUTIONS** ***How do I find myself in a new (corona) reality?*** "Corona Spring" has obviously taught us something, namely that we are more relaxed in "Corona Spring", but I am careful to act self-protectively. I have always believed that an individual can contribute a lot, be it to the health of the planet, their inner state or covid-19 statistics. The protective mask has become my new fashion accessory. We communicate with our eyes more than ever, which we had to get used to. I remember that passers-by did not dare to look us in the eye during the first wave or even the meeting in the forest, we were so scared. The new reality requires responsible actions, towards oneself and others. Also to protect the most vulnerable. Contacts are therefore more than not virtual, I miss Sunday lunches with parents, carefree childish play on playgrounds. However, we discovered a new dimension of family relationships, became more creative and efficient at work and with colleagues. By no means do I want to convey that I recommend for the mother to be inactive. However, I am extremely respectful of "Mr. Crown" and do not waste energy on conspiracy theories. I live by the mind and heart, which I have actually done before. ***When do I feel most confident?*** This is an area where I still have a lot of work to do. I am self-confident when I am aware of my values, but I must say that I prefer to be more modest and reserved about self-confidence. You know how they say, "modesty is beautiful chastity." And in some areas, especially in my work, I stick to it. Which social trend, in my opinion, will have the greatest impact on the future of society and companies / organizations? Certainly, society was rapidly digitizing. We have mastered various communication tools, we shop online, even what we used to look for in the market. This and dependence on social networks will surely shape the world in the future. We are becoming more and more "contactless" and as a kinest, this adjustment is not easy for me. On my scale of trends, care for the environment and a sustainable attitude also rank high. The corona crisis has put it on a different track in terms of its position in the media, and probably also in people's minds, but it is essential for the future in general. Thank you for reading my article. I send you greetings.@Purebeauty
