What if ONCE in your life you gave yourself ENOUGH that you never got from others?
How do you feel if you take this break once in your life, this break from having to constantly improve something, work on something, keep in mind: “Just this, and then I'll be really worth it, and then **I'll be really ENOUGH**. I still have to go to this education, I still have to fix my physique, my skin, my hair ... I have to fix my relationship with my partner, and I have to get my children ready… « What if **ONCE** in your life you gave yourself **ENOUGH** that you never got from others? *But you can't get it from others - you get it from yourself.* What if you're old enough? How do you feel if you are already enough? Do you feel like your body is softening and you feel like you don't need anything? You can get a feeling of heaviness or a feeling of lightness. Wouldn't you joke about that? Maybe to start once a week - you say to yourself: "Now the next hour is enough". EXERCISE: I've had enough! You close your eyes and say: “I’ve had enough. I’m handsome enough, I’m smart enough, I’m capable enough. I've done enough. I’m dry enough, I’m fat enough. I have enough money. I've had enough. I’m kind enough, penetrating enough, I’m working on myself enough. I exercise enough, I have enough fun. Just right. I have tidy enough, I have a nice house enough, I have a good car enough. I have a good enough job. " Do this exercise, think about where your complexes are, where you are not enough and how you would feel if you were already enough. And give yourself that relief. Treat yourself to it. It is the greatest luxury in this world. **Acknowledging to yourself that you are enough. And that you are worthy.** What would the world be like if everyone had a sense that there was enough and there were no complexes, feelings of worthlessness, inadequacy, comparison, competition? YES, it’s great to progress, to strive for change, to learn and improve! But not out of a sense of inferiority. Just out of a sense of wanting more because WE ARE INTERESTED in how it is, not because we have to and because we are not good enough now, worthy enough. Thank you for reading my article. I am sending you much love and hugs! @Purebeauty

It is good to take the efforts for ourselves and not because the lives of others are envied. It's what documentaries about the lives of famous people sell us, their clothes, their luxuries, everything. So that the person feels the envy necessary to have ambition and try to have it. I don't like that. My fight is for me and my son. What I do I do out of passion and not out of obligation. It is the best way to be at peace with myself and with the world. Thank you for sharing this beautiful article.
