When you read what kind of fish it is, you will avoid it anyway, but when you find out that it is harmful on top of everything, you should even ban these fish!

Who says all fish are healthy to eat? It's not true! A good example is panga or slender catfish or Bengal catfish, which has an extremely dubious reputation, and the impact of this fish on our health has been shown to be detrimental.

What is it about? Wild panga has an extraordinary amount of vitamins D, B12, selenium, omega-3 fatty acids ... Panga is valued for its moderate fat content and high quality protein content. However, this only applies to wild panga, not to fish from farms.

Today, virtually wild pang is almost impossible to obtain, but the world has been flooded with industrial pang, which was literally made in Chinese laboratories years ago. The original purpose was to genetically engineer fish to feed on toxic wastewater, bacteria and microorganisms from dead fish. The basic purpose of pang is to purify water polluted by industry and animal farms.

That's not all! When the Chinese managed to create such a creature that literally cleanses poisoned water, they didn’t stop with laboratory experimentation. From dehydrated urine, they were able to excrete the hormone they give the pangam to grow faster and make their flesh more fluffy. With this, the pangs also gained a place on our plates, as well as all the toxins and bacteria that the unfortunate fish ingested.

To make the problem even bigger, today we only get pangae in stores that are raised on farms in Cambodia, China, Laos, Thailand ... The analysis showed that such fish have practically no nutrients, but they still have a high content of industrial toxins. In Europe, most fish is traded from Vietnam's dirty and polluted Mekong River, where all industrial waste, including the faeces of a country of 90 million, ends up.

And I have to draw your attention to another vicious circle ... Retailers like to sell panga because sellers are happy to buy them back. Fish that have expired or could not be sold are dried, ground, bagged and fed to new pangas.

Pangam is not accidentally called sanitary fish, but it is not known how successful these fish are in water purification.

My father is a fisherman, we have fish in the house, but I don't like it. I can save it in 101 ways, I don't like its taste.

In our seas and lagoons we also have fish that clean the sea and lagoons for us. But the good thing is that they are creations of God. They're healthy.
