Smoothie with spinach
Ingredients: 3 bananas, a handful of spinach leaves, 2 sprigs of parsley, 1 stalk of celery, 1/2 lemon, 3 dl of water, a small handful of pumpkin seeds.
Preparation: Peeled spinach leaves, three bananas, sprigs of parsley and a stalk of celery are placed in a juicer or blender. Add water and juice of half a lemon. Add pumpkin seeds and mix well. Cool the drink, pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
Carrots and pea smoothies
Ingredients: 200 g boiled peas, 200 g boiled carrots, 4 dl pure vegetable or meat soup, a pinch of nutmeg, a pinch of salt, 50 ml of olive oil.
Preparation: Mash peas and carrots separately, each type of vegetable with two decilitres of pure broth. Season both mixtures with nutmeg, salt and olive oil. Pour into jars to create an interesting color pattern, and serve with a straw.
Smoothie with chard and banana
Ingredients: 2 bananas, 1 bunch of chard, 2 dl of clean water, 2 leaves of fresh mint Preparation: Peel a banana, grate it and put it in a juicer. Add water and mix everything together. Pour into a glass and garnish with fresh mint.
