The advantages of online sales are enormous. The online store has become an indispensable part of their business for a huge number of companies. It can be intended for end customers or the business with business partners can be moved online and a B2B online store can be established.

The vast majority of online stores recorded strong sales growth during the pandemic. In the current situation, people avoid visiting physical stores and make more of their purchases online. However, online retailers do not even need to adapt to the current situation. Their work can take place unchanged even in these turbulent times, and in most cases they can carry out work processes smoothly even when working from home.

A dissatisfied user is expected to leave the site in 10 to 20 seconds, so a good first impression is extremely important. At AddictiveTips.com, they find that as many as 95 percent of online shoppers would leave a website if they didn’t find it trustworthy.

What features of online stores do users find most important?

1.The biggest indicator of a trusted online store is that in it, customers can pay through those payment methods that they know and trust. As many as 77 percent of customers say that without the possibility of payment, which they already trust, they will most likely not make a purchase.

2.Another thing that customers find important is good user ratings. 62% of customers say that they are more likely to make a purchase if they find positive customer reviews on the website. More than half point out that recognizable trust stamps, SSL certificates and the fact that the physical address and telephone number of the merchant are listed on the website are also important.

THE MOST DISTURBING ARE THE "POP UP" ADS

The survey also found out what bothers online shoppers the most. As many as four out of five respondents (80%) said they would stop shopping if there were too many "pop up" ads on the online store page. Three quarters (76%) of respondents are bothered by grammatical errors and misspelled words, and 69 percent of respondents would be deterred from buying by unknown payment methods.

Users are also bothered by the (too) slow loading of the website (62% of respondents say) and the link does not work - 61% of customers are bothered by this or they think it is a sign that something is wrong with the online store. she can't be trusted.

I think that even though online shopping is becoming predominant. There may still be a market for going shopping physically with a friend or a family member. Because to a certain degree, people seek human interaction. I'm interested to see just how much is left of physical stores. Interesting topic!

I prefer shoping in store then online but nowadays it is better shopping online.And in my country also we can not buy in stores because all stores are closed,except stores with food.
