Nothing will be the way it used to be, is our new mantra

If in the March days of quarantine due to the spread of the new coronavirus we still hoped that our lives would soon return to the old rails, we had to give up that hope after almost seven months since we faced the looming disease.

Nothing will be the way it used to be, is our new mantra. This may sound pessimistic at first glance, but it is not necessarily so. We humans are resourceful creatures and - judging by Darwin - we survive, but only if we adapt.

1.THE NEW REALITY DEMANDS RESPONSIBLE ACTIONS, TO ITSELF AND OTHERS

2.DIGITALIZATION WAS COVERED WITH "A LARGE SPOON"

3.I BECAME EVEN MORE CREATIVE IN SEARCH OF NEW SOLUTIONS

How do I find myself in a new (corona) reality?

"Corona Spring" has obviously taught us something, namely that we are more relaxed in "Corona Spring", but I am careful to act self-protectively. I have always believed that an individual can contribute a lot, be it to the health of the planet, their inner state or covid-19 statistics. The protective mask has become my new fashion accessory. We communicate with our eyes more than ever, which we had to get used to. I remember that passers-by did not dare to look us in the eye during the first wave or even the meeting in the forest, we were so scared.

The new reality requires responsible actions, towards oneself and others. Also to protect the most vulnerable. Contacts are therefore more than not virtual, I miss Sunday lunches with parents, carefree childish play on playgrounds. However, we discovered a new dimension of family relationships, became more creative and efficient at work and with colleagues. By no means do I want to convey that I recommend for the mother to be inactive. However, I am extremely respectful of "Mr. Crown" and do not waste energy on conspiracy theories. I live by the mind and heart, which I have actually done before.

When do I feel most confident?

This is an area where I still have a lot of work to do. I am self-confident when I am aware of my values, but I must say that I prefer to be more modest and reserved about self-confidence. You know how they say, "modesty is beautiful chastity." And in some areas, especially in my work, I stick to it.

Which social trend, in my opinion, will have the greatest impact on the future of society and companies / organizations?

Certainly, society was rapidly digitizing. We have mastered various communication tools, we shop online, even what we used to look for in the market. This and dependence on social networks will surely shape the world in the future. We are becoming more and more "contactless" and as a kinest, this adjustment is not easy for me. On my scale of trends, care for the environment and a sustainable attitude also rank high. The corona crisis has put it on a different track in terms of its position in the media, and probably also in people's minds, but it is essential for the future in general.
