Complicated

Good day my read cash family, how was your day? It was a long day for me because we had a lot of works to be done. We need to fast track some paperworks because we will be monitored by our supervisor one of these days.

Just want to share about a person who is very different, complicated and I can say she was a person who never realized how to level herself to everyone. She don't know how to associate with people, she make things complicated and don't know how to weigh things out.

Have you ever met a person who's bossy and use to command and tell people what to do? This time I am going to share about a person who is very bossy and don't know how to humble herself to anyone even in her senior co workers, she never show any respect, instead she was so disrespectful and arrogant.

I am not judging her but I just want to state my observations and what others tell about her behaviour. I just want to share it, so that we can be able to realize our actions among others. Most of my co workers really has something to say about this person. They have some common comments about this person and most of my co workers don't like this person because of his personality.

Here are some behaviour and personality that we commonly observed:

Bossy. There are so many times that she act so bossy to everyone and she treated somebody as if her assistant/ secretary especially to people who is low in position and she think don't give a damn to protest her.

There are sometimes that she was acting so badly to her members, especially these past few months we are grouped into four to compile and provide some evidences of documents for the monitoring. She was assigned as the chairman in group 2 with 3 members and I was also assigned in group 3 as the chairman with three members also.

Her members always telling me that their chairman is always demanding them to complete all the compilations as soon as possible without any actions coming from her. She always commanding her members, point here and there what to do.

She never try to work and let her members follow what to do, instead commanding and demanding to finish all the work and get the credits for appreciation without working hard. I can see her members just busy doing all they can without the help hand by their chairman.

Crab mentality. She hates to see someone achieve success, she feels so proud about her self, and she likely to market herself to higher ups. She put the blame to anyone, and she likely to make herself good in front of someone and she is very good at making someone very bad.

Credit grabber and a double sided face. She is a fan of making herself very good to look at everybody. She has a double sided face, you can see her so innocent when she talks in front of you but she talks so damn behind your back.

Closing Thoughts

I know all of us has different personality, to be able to have a great and good relationship to every people, we have to show respect and understand equal rights, learn to weigh things, be humble, don't underestimate someone and learn to become a good leader.
