Since some of the updates, when I go to my "write" page for a full post, one of the options missing for me is the SPONSOR BLOCK. I value my sponsors and would like to include that block on my posts.
Anyone know of a good workaround so I can get that sponsor block added?

Admin might have forgotten to put back the sponsors option on that rack. Maybe they're working on it.
Is the sponsor block only available in selected users?
It shouldn't be. But clearly mine is blocked.
I can't see the dollar sign button when I am writingg an article. I don't know how to get that also.
I just tested by creating a new draft. The sponsor box automatically appears at the end. There is no need to type a dollar sign to bring the sponsor box inside the body of the article.
Mine does not appear on my bar. I wish I could post a picture to show what mine shows, but there is no sponsor option on my bar.
I have checked. Your sponsorships box disappeared from your Biden article.

No. What I mean to say is that when I write the article the sponsor option is not on the bar at all for me to add it to the post. I know others aren't experiencing the same problem since I see their sponsors shown. So, not sure what the issue is on my end.
It is the same for me as well. There is no "Sponsor" option on the bar. I don't do anything to get the "Sponsor" box. When I write an article, the sponsor box appears automatically at the end of the article. The admin should put back the "Sponsor" option on the writing bar.
I think everyone is struggling with that moreover some people are struggling with the comment section but now my comment section is open. Actually read cash is evolving maybe that could be the reason.
