Can't Stop Growing
If there is something so tough to pick for babies to gift them with, it would be clothes and shoes because at some stage of being an infant they outgrow these things really fast. The best decision is to get a size bigger and give it to them immediately.
Have you ever wondered when your shoe size stopped increasing? They say somewhere in your 20s. But for myself, I really cannot remember. Shoes and clothes are physically one of the many things we outgrow growing up. Eventually we would need a bigger shoe to fit our growing feet in. We would need a bigger size for clothes because our bone structure or our body is shaping up. Not getting the proper fit will always result to: Discomfort Pain We go categorically from infant, to kids' to young adults or teens and then to ladies and men with few hints of outgrowing styles, feels and looks, too because we are slowly developing our identity then. It is amusing that this cycle of outgrowing things do not only cover the physical aspect but it also manifests in other aspects of our lives - specially relationships. Ever wondered why you no longer jive with some kid from kindergarten you used to hang out with? Or those groupie from grade school? Or high school? Geographical reason can be one. Ever had a time when you are in a group but no longer feeling like laughing at the same old jokes and complaining about the same old things? You cannot really put it into words but your subconscious inaudibly whispers "is there anything more than just this?". We outgrow things. We outgrow people `(should not be the case for married people)`. We are continuously growing human beings and everyday we shed off bits and pieces of our "older selves". And as that happens we also find the current things of comfort slowly becoming less and less comfortable. Less and less pleasing to the palate. And as we continue to grow, we face decisions that, as much as we do not want it to happen, no longer include the current crew. And that is fine. Not following your growth call will stifle you with discomfort. Healthy friendships leave wiggle rooms and you can still go back to being able to talk about each other's lives even as one or both attend to more important things. **Curving away from relationships,** this could also mean old ways. The things that used to bring you delight may no longer hit that delight meter you've set. Either you raise that bar higher and hope you hit it or you find another playing field where the rules of the game fits the next higher bar. You know, from little league to big league? Going light on examples, I used to like playing Clash of Clans. It was the in thing with my office friends and we did have that moment of really setting aside time to attack during war. We even ring up a teammate so he or she would not forget. On a convoy one time, the three of us needed to pull over and attack. We resumed driving after the war is over. Then game updates came, we also got upgraded with responsibilities and changes with our work, then eventually it became stale. It is no longer as thrilling. Same goes with POKEMON GO. Everything dies a natural death. ***In a semi-closing thought...*** It is not that it - the game, the habit, the friends you are with or the clothes you are wearing - is bad, but we have a natural growth direction that we naturally outgrow things eventually. People included. Hobbies and habit included. Food more so (or even.. what was my trail of thought, again?). We are driven towards growth. And sometimes that means leaving some things behind. We have known butterflies for their evolutions. Somehow the caterpillar, now a butterfly, needs to leave the cocoon ***to live as a butterfly.*** I can go Mariah Carey on this one ... But that would be too much a give away. So I'd go... Hayley.. just to make it upbeat. Though I think her lyrics is driving in a bit more towards relationship. https://youtu.be/SdCmwjxFQzo And I think it is fine, right? *Found one drowsy scribble and decided to continue it... lols... saves the day!* © Pichi28 | #ClubBrokeBCH All Original Content Unless specified otherwise...

The line "We all outgrow of people, except in the case of marriage" made me laugh aloud hahaha... Great write up sis
Thank you.... I don't want people to think of divorcing their better half just because "we outgrow people" hahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahha......
just imagine the world with that thought lmaooo 😂😂
but i think we are dipping our toes towards that yeah? sad fact. . . hahaah (but look at that im laughing... lols)
Oh yes, I honestly agree with u on this.. Marriages are becoming a joke... people are always trying to break it instead of repairing
I think we've read too many fairytales .. that's why it's easy to get into the feel of marrying and then we've been empowered too much with choosing "happy" instead of taking the hard road in "fighting" for happy ... howell....
Yes, definitely makes sense :) TV ruined us
It is true that we outgrow things, there are also thing that we leave even though we don't outgrow them too. Nice writeup madam. Thanks for that piece
Thank you success!! :)
Sometimes I wish we didn't have to out grow things but then imagine a life without growth. Would be funny right? I just hope I don't get to out grow watching cartoons though.
we'd probably be like midgets or babies fighting over small things .. but we still do fight over small things though.. now that i think about it... lols ..
Thanks to that drowsy scribble, you made an incredible write-up out of it :) We all grow or maybe not, some decide to get stuck at some point hehe. And yes, we should not outgrow marriage, but then again, many are doing just the opposite :D
lols true. marriage has a different thing when it comes to outgrowing things.. couples do still grow differently inside a relationship ..it should just not go as bad as outgrowing "each other" hahahah.. but wjhat do i know, right? HAHAHHA Thank you sis :)
Well, you do know something important hehe. That means you are ready to ride the train of marriage hehehe
It’s our fate. How can we change that?
I want popcorn!
hihii ate... tara.. ako din want popcorn
Growth is constant too, but I don't think I can out grow watching cartoon movie at my age.😅😅
hehheh i doubt anyone can get away from enjoying cartoons :)
Humans evolve, and along with it our habits, attitude even, needs, wants, and perspective. That is change, which is the only constant in life. And as difficult as it is to embrace change, it is necessary.
This article is the basis of the cycle of life, we cannot stop growing and moving away from things we no longer like, we accept other people and other things in our lives, in this way we evolve.
First na halong tagalog na comment Ms. Pichi.. Hehe.. Siguro lang talaga, yun na yun nakatadhana sa'tin. Bawat isa sa'tin nakatakda na mag-outgrow or at some point sa buhay, meron din napag-iiwanan. Pero at the end of the day, ang mahalaga kilala talaga natin yung sarili natin. Kahit ilang beses pa mangyari na mag-grow nang mag-grow..
Haaay! Grabe, this is so true. Sad lang if we outgrow in relationships too, but change is constant even the weather and love. Btw, I remember kanina nung sinuot ko ung old favorite jeans ko na sumikip.. I mean ung jeans lumiit hehe!
