As we all know, Nigeria is a very big and over populated country, it's has lots of ethnic groups and these groups have their own different cultures and lifestyles.the three most common ethnic groups is the Yoruba, igbo and hausa.

Before I moved further I will like to explain the keyword "culture". Culture is the total way of life of people as we all have been taught in our primary schools.

Culture is not only the way of life but it is also the lifestyles. From their appearance that is ( mode of dressing or their looks) to the language, foods ,dance types and also the customs and traditions, all these are very unique.

We can differentiate different tribes from each other.

The culture and traditions of the Yorubas is quite different from the igbo and the hausa. There are some things that are forbidden to them while it's may be counted as a minor issue to the rest ethnic groups. You can easily identify a Yoruba woman through her dressing and the language she speaks. And to me Yoruba is still the easiest language to learn faster than the other tribes language. If you are mostly surrounded with Yoruba people then it is very easy and likely for u to understand their language.

The Igbos traditions are also very different from the Yoruba, and it's seems they mostly deal with clothes and shoe businesses. The hausa their own way of life is completely different and kind of unique.

Most people don't see the beauty in culture because they mostly criticize others tribes. Have u tasted Nigeria delicacy....uhm trust me Nigeria has lots of foods and they are very yummy. Am not talking about our normal foods like jollof rices, fried rice, sausages, pizza etc... Am taking about our native foods from vegetables to ewedu to gbegiri to oha soup to Banga soup and to tuwo and so on, wow , trust me Nigerians food is one of the best food in the world.

Now to the mode of dressing and dancing steps.

Every tribes have their own different attires which makes our culture so unique that we are able to different a Yoruba woman from a Tiv woman or an Igbo woman from an Ijaw woman.

Have u ever watch or witnessed any of Nigerians festival. OMG you are really missing alots because through the festivals u are learn more about their culture and also get a chance to watch them perform some entertainment like dancing, acting of dramas etc

Language

All this tribes also have their various languages and they are different from each other. We will need to spend more time with people so as to understand their language. We may think that learning others language is a waste of time of No, it's will help us sooner or later. Let's remember that no knowledge is a waste. Their way of greeting and showing respect will also be different because their custom is different from each other.

Nigeria have both inner and outer beauty, everything around and about us is beautiful. We need to stop tribalism and discriminating each other , we are all one and we need to learn how to tolerate and adapt with each other . We need to cooperate and work together in unity in other to make Nigeria a better place for all of us.

Thank you for patiently reading .

Honestly, Nigeria is too loaded with countless beautiful subjects with regards to culture. The biggest challenge affecting us is the tribalism, if it stops, then we are 100% good
