Do us all well SEPTEMBER

Hello to all my read.cash members. Happy new month to you all. I want to use this opportunity to thank God for the journey so far making each and every one of us be a partaker of the last face of the year. I know that some of us has experience a lot in the past month.

The month of August was so hard for me financially and otherwise. It happened so fast that none of us could understand what was really happening. My younger brother was always complaining of his abdomen all the time so we had to get him pain relief from the pharmacy close to our house.

It all started in the month of July . He was always complaining about his tummy that it hurt since my brother does eat so much. We thought that it was due to overfeeding, so we gave him drugs to relieve the pain. The pain was relieved after he took the drugs. He was okay throughout the month of July. Suddenly the pain came back again last month. This time around it was worse. We had to rush him to the hospital for a proper check-up. We did a series of tests which the doctor told us to do after which he had to meet the doctor in charge of his case. We were told to go to the general surgery section. Since I don't know much about the medical field I had to ask for directions to the place . When it got to my brother's turn we were called in by the doctor in charge and he asked my brother a series of questions about the food he does consume. My brother begin so weak, I had to answer all the questions that the doctor asked him.

The doctor looked at me than my brother seeing the suspense on our face I know that he was scared to spill it out but he had no choice than to inform us that my brother is suffering from appendicitis hearing that I went blank for a while I couldn't digest the information at that time i had to adk the doctor again to confirm and I got the same answer. I looked at my brother wondering what he does eat because we do take the same meal all the time. I wonder how his appendix got to swell. Appendicitis is a medical condition in which the appendix becomes swollen and inflamed at times caused by foreign objects in the body such as sand or gums in which we take in mistakenly.

When we got home everyone gathered around to hear what the doctor said about my brother's health. My mouth was too heavy to spill it out. After much pressure I had to tell them that he had appendicitis which left everyone shocked. Our next visit to the hospital the doctor told us that they have to conduct a surgery on him immediately to prevent the appendix from bursting. They directed us to where we will get the bill for the surgery and everything they will use during the surgery. The bill was so much that we had to sell off some properties and borrow from some of our relatives to raise enough money for the surgery. My brother's surgery was conducted last week after everything he had a successful surgery and he is recovering now.

I hope the month of September won't be like the previous month at all because it wasn't easy at all for me. I hope I will be able to complete the goals I set out for myself this month and also pray for good health for everyone.
