This is my entry article for @JonicaBradley's Pets writing prompt.

I have had a cat and a parrot before, but unfortunately I don't have any pets at the moment. I would like to have a nice cat in the near future though.

Those people, who follow me and read my articles, know that sometimes I write articles based on quotes. This article is going to be one of them. I will leave quotes about animals here and talk about them.

So let's start. Shall we?

Animals have never been known to complain about anything, and if you had any doubts, that was the case with them, you can rest assured now. You are happy to see them whenever you can, and you are glad, that they are a big part of your life. You spend time with them as much as possible, and it is not long before your friends start commenting about how much happier you are now. Pets bring happiness in our lives and in our heart. We have to take care of them, and give them food and drink, but it is always worth it. This is just one of the many ways, pets can make you a happier person. You have an idea, that it is what you need to make yourself happy. You continue spending time with your pets and everyday life goes by with little problems or annoyances now.

Pets will never leave you. They will always there beside you, whatever happens. As long as you take care of them, they'll be happy. Sure, you can walk away from a fight, but you can't walk away from your pets. They are always going to be on your side, in any unwanted situation. Pets stabilize emotions and they make the human heart stronger. They are forever loyal, bring joy and happiness into our lives. By having them, you can achieve a state of mind where you are content, because they fill the empty place in your heart.

Our love about our pets go beyond words. It can wake our souls up. You have no idea what that means exactly, but you know it is true. You feel the warmth of your pet's body and hear their voice as if they were right next to you. When you look into the eyes of your pet, while they are having a rest on your chest or on your lap and you know, that they love you back. Once your heart is open, you have won. That is when you are truly happy. These are the days, that you would look back on one day with happiness and you share these days now with your beloved pet.

They are with you during the good and bad times. When you understand each other, that is when the bond is really complete. With your bond with your pet you can grow stronger. When you gaze into their eyes, they will look back at you with seriousness. A bond with your pet can make you extremely happy. You will always have your pet's trust, they will stay by your side for as long as they live and you will have their loyalty too.

Though it was not your intention, you have now been connected to your pet in a different way. You feel yourself being able to understand more about them now. You can sense what is wrong with them and know when they are sick. Once you used to see them as mere pets, but now you know, that they are more than that. They are your friends, that have been placed in your life for a reason. Now you can see yourself as someone, who cares for them and not as a master or owner.

You can see in their eyes, that they mean it and you realize, that your dog is your true friend, the one who loves you more, than you love yourself. If you ever feel, that there is no hope and you lost everything and you are going to lose your best friend as well, then you can be sure, that your dog will be on your side and will never leave you alone. You will never feel alone in this world, since your dog is with you. If you have a friend like this be happy and grateful. Love yourself and others around you, for no one else will ever understand you like your dog. Live a happy life and do everything for your dog. Together you will see, that this life is not worth living without your dog by your side.

You hear a cat purrs and see smiles at you. Your heart flutters and you feel so happy. You look at the cat and think about how much you love cats. Cats are beautiful creatures, that make you feel so warm inside. They give you happiness and joy. Cats are always with you, even when they aren't supposed to be. They are clever enough to find a way to get inside your house, when your windows are locked and your door is secured. You love them, they are your friends and you would do anything for them. They are so loyal and graceful, there is no comparison to any other pet. They are the cat and you are the master.

If you live alone, I am sure you are able to do so, since you have a cat. No one else in the World has this wonderful feline as a companion. You love your cat, your cat loves you and no one can replace the other. Just like how no one can replace you in the cat's life. You are the one who decides, what your cat gets to eat and how it is going to be fed. If you don't take care of your furry angel, they won't survive. If you have children, they will love and take care of your cat and the cycle continues. Cats are selfish creatures, that only have eyes for you. They don't love or care about anyone else and they will only devote their attention to you. They will never love another person the way they will love you. They are independent and don't need anything. They are the most self-sufficient animals in the world. They know how to look out for themselves and they are not afraid of taking care of themselves.

They are purring machines. They want warmth, food and affection. These are the things they seek from their master and it is your duty to accommodate them. They know how to give love and affection in their own special way. They will always be there to lend a helping paw, when it is needed the most. Cats are mysterious creatures. They know when something bad is going to happen before it does. Apparently they see ghosts and spirits, when no one else can. If you listen closely, you can hear their whispers in your ear. They speak in riddles and warnings, so you know not to make the same mistakes, they encountered before you. You have an ability to understand them, even if others cannot. They seem to know, that you won't ever forget them and they will always remain with you, as long as you live.

They will always remain loyal and they will never forget you. Sadly, most people never pay attention to them and just disregard their warnings. You are different from the rest. You have listened to their warnings and you have taken heed. Your life has been changed forever, by the kindness of a cat. They showed you the error of your ways and you have now seen the light. You will cherish the beautiful gift they have given you and you will never treat them with cruelty or disrespect ever again. You will treat them as the pets they are and cherish them always. You love your cat, more than you have ever loved any other living being.
