Our Consciousness And The News

The news is nothing more, than a large dose of sinister messages, a phenomenon, that infects the conscious mind and can subconsciously activate the survival hormones in a person, putting them under constant stress. We may hear of unemployment, natural disasters, energy crises, economic crises, bank failures, terror attacks, animal cruelty and we may be told, that we ourselves may soon be the target of similar attacks. These are just a fraction of the many news items, that are showered on us every day, and at the end of the day, the presenter bids us good night with a big smile on their face.

The question is, what kind of good night can it be, if we have all these bad news imprinted on our brains and minds. The news, the internet and the newspapers are the perfect tools for spreading scaremongering and fear. Aware of this, a kind of survival instinct can arise in us and we become disoriented and despondent, to the extent, that we often cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel. Fear and stress in our minds block our ability to see clearly and with our hearts.

When we fall asleep in a stressful state, we store our fears in our memories. The closer an experience is to the time before we fall asleep, the more we will remember it, creating a situation in which we are afraid.

Have you ever noticed, that politicians try to create fear before elections, so that they can promise, that they are the only ones, who can show the way out of the crisis and that they are the solution to the problem?

Our lives are in our hands. Why expose ourselves to fear and dread. There are many of us who don't watch the news and don't read the articles on the internet written by the media. Neither do I.

It's not just the news, it's the movies too. There are so many drama movies, disaster movies, horror movies, terror attack movies, natural disaster movies, kidnapping movies, bank robbery movies and the list is endless.

Hollywood filmmakers, directors and producers spend millions of dollars to glue people to the screen and make them experience and feel the movie in 90-130 minutes. Our favourite protagonist, constantly running into obstacles. They get sick, they lose loved ones, their child is kidnapped, they get near death - these are the perfect things to get embedded in our subconscious mind. The only goal of the professionals working in the film studios is to make movies resonate with us through our emotions.

I'm not saying that we should throw these films away, but sometimes we experience things, that we would otherwise not have the heart to experience. The more negative things we see and experience, the more we are drawn to those things. The law of attraction and the law of resonance works.

The good news is, that the brain can be shaped by the activities we do and the influences we expose ourselves to. The brain is not only theoretically transformed, but also physically. Its shape changes according to the new thoughts and experiences we have. All these new things become solid realities in a short time. If we replace old habitual, entrenched thoughts with new ones, one will adapt to them. This area of the brain will increase and the old unused area will decrease.

The fantastic thing about this is, that we can always reformulate the reality we are living. We can shape our brain and therefore our future in any shape or direction. If we want to store new thoughts, we have to consciously repeat them over and over again. The constant flow of positive energy from our environment can rewrite our old negative thoughts and habits and even break them.

If we are watching the news, or if someone we know is trying to foist a new piece of news on us, we should be aware, that we are a target for infection. We must be aware of this and recognise it. We can pass on this information to our friends and close acquaintances, but with extreme caution, because those who believe deeply in the news may be disturbed by, for example, what I have described here.

There are people who are in the dark, but there are also people, who can still climb out of it. Let us show them the way, let us show them the right direction. If they don't want to go with you, don't feel guilty or ashamed about, that you failed to convince them of something. You helped a lot and you did everything, that you could by at least trying it.

In closing, I'll just say, that the law of resonance accepts everything, always give you strength in your belief and never run against you. It will give you courage and strength if you believe, that your life turn better. The energy affects you the way you think and can completely change your life for the better.

As an empathetic person it's hard to consume hyperbolic media and come out unscathed. For the most part it's good to be proactive about what we watch and not reactive. :)

Gppd morning from here! Just earlier, I had a really bad, scary dream. I woke up at 3 am. and searched what this means. I discovered tht it means I have been so stressed and surrounded with negative things recently. That I am living my life that seemed controlled by others. They say bad dreams are more common among depressed people. Thankfully, I have no depression. But negativity may have overwhelmed me , so I keep on having bad dreams, or sleep paralysis recently. I think all the bad news and scary things that happened in our world contributed to this situation.

I will apply what you said. Thanks a lot. :)

Definitely. That's why I stopped watching and reading the news. I cannot believe, that only bad things happen in our world and this much. Of course I cannot avoid them completely, but not seeking for them. Where are the good news I am sure there are good news too. What I hear the most from people "heard the news? It's terrible" no thank you. I would rather see, do or listen positive things. Positive energy should go in and high resonance should come out.
